2 months to get my order; terrible customer support

I ordered nearly $100 worth of cologne samples. My card was charged immediately. After 5 days of no shipment confirmation communication from them, I sent an email asking for an order status. No response. 3 weeks later, I send another email and threaten to open a dispute with PayPal. No response. Another week later, I opened the dispute with PayPal.

Well, they finally decided to ship out my order a DAY before the PayPal dispute would automatically close and refund my money. This is around 7 weeks after my order was initially placed and I no longer wanted the scents as I ended up buying elsewhere. Well now that the case is closed I can't escalate this any further with PayPal to get my money back. I feel like they knew what they were doing and intentionally waited until a day before the case closed to ship my order out to prevent me from charging a refund.

All in all, it will be around TWO MONTHS to finally receive what I ordered. You'd get better customer service and faster shipping by ordering from some random vendor on AliExpress shipping things out of China. Completely unacceptable experience and I recommend you stay far, far away from DecantShop and order your scents elsewhere.

Absolutely deplorable company

Absolutely deplorable company. I ordered Ralph Lauren Purple label and Bvlgari Blu sample and never heard back from them. They took the money out of my account and sent nothing. I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. Now I have to call my bank for a charge back. Stay far away from this company. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Stay away from DecantShop at all costs

Stay away from DecantShop at all costs. They took over a month to send my order after giving me the runaround and lying to me for weeks about the samples being "shipped". I kept checking the tracking number they provided and it showed the package not being shipped for weeks. When confronted, they blamed the whole thing on USPS which is nonsense because many orders were being delivered to me on time by USPS. Worst of all, the 5 ml sample of Creed Royal Oud I finally received was either fake or so damaged from poor storage that it was no longer recognizable. I know this fragrance so well and bought many samples over the years. What they sent me was not Royal Oud. Being who they are, they of course refused to accept the return or issue a refund. Don't gamble with your money, there are so many other reputable online retailers / decanters that would never lie to and cheat customers.

You've been warned

Same as another reviewer. Placed order 6/24/21, card was charged 6/25/21 (order over $100.00) and my order is still "processing" on the website as of 7/16/21. Wrote 2 emails and 2 direct messages, have heard nothing back. Have asked for a full refund. I don't even want the decants now. You've been warned.

15 days, zero customer service, still "processing"

Order placed March 3rd, it's now March 18th and it hasn't even been processed.

Requested order status information updates numerous times for the past few weeks and have received no response to both email and zendesk correspondence.

Zero customer service, charges your card for nothing and answers absolutely no emails, never responds to support chat.
