We did not build our business over the last five years with hard work, money and sweat only to throw it all away by doing something as stupid as you claim. Our company is well known in the fragrance community for being authentic and genuine. On reddit, in the r/fragrance channel which boasts over 2M subs are listed as one of a handful of trusted decanters. You do not get on that list by ripping people off. Not to mention we have over 1100+ reviews on this very review site at 4.8 out of 5. All verified reviews! But somehow your review is not verified.
For those reading, do your homework on our company. We have nothing to hide and stand by our business ethics.

I appreciated the availability of Louis Vuitton perfume, but I should have read that my small glass spray only had 1 ounce inside and there were 3 options of fluid ounces for same size bottle. The explanation from customer service was helpful. Appreciate the help!

Thank you for taking time to review our company and services.
I believe there is a misunderstanding. Allow me to explain. There is a tab on every product page labeled, "Our Bottles". It shows every bottle size we carry. In addition, it shows each size 1ml, 2ml, 3ml, 5ml and 10ml, exactly where it is filled and how many sprays. Very handy to tell exactly what you will receive. The red envelope your order arrived in has a Thank You card with this same information on the back.
Your order was for 1ml samples. Which means, each bottle would be one third full. It would not be filled to the top. Now, why do we do this? Because we understand that when purchasing such a small amount of fragrance, you want to atomize the fragrance with a spray instead of those dabber thingy's. For 1ml samples, they do not make a bottle, with a spray top and also filled to the top. I hope this explains your situation. You can verify this information for yourself.
If this was a simple misunderstanding please adjust your review accordingly. We take customer service very seriously and want every customer to have a pleasant experience. Hope this helps.

Excellent Experience
I ordered 19-20 samples. Everything was packaged very very nicely. Nothing about my order was incorrect. The samples were seemingly authentic and very high quality (I have not experienced them at their corresponding boutiques to be 100% sure) I will order from them again. One single spray of tom fords lost cherry lasted over 10 hours. I was very impressed with Decant House.
