No reservations so far; still in the process of per-suing my claim but without this site, I wouldn't be doing it at all. You do have to proactively check up on progress on the site and follow their direction in terms of submitting letters but this takes moments. They have also responded to my query but they are not for profit so good to remember that they dont have the same resources, in terms of staff, as standard claims companies. They dont charge any fees so this is fair enough really. Happy so far.
