Kevin was nice and professional. However, I'm still having issues with logging into the portal with my username and temporary password. I called DebtBlue 2 more times and both times, the new password isn't working.

Customer service at its best!
Kevin was kind and funny. He immediately knew what he could do for me. He also gave me an update on my account stating I am 75% done with the program and they are still trying to negotiate an offer. This came at just the right time since I recently lost my job.
