There's only one problem
There's only one problem. Communication. After telling me the part would be in the next day, I expected a call letting me know, "hey we just got the part. We are going to be working on it today and will let you know". But do they? No. I hate that more than anything. Let the customer know where you are in the process! Don't keep it one full day or two full days not even saying a peep! Other than their bad communication skills I don't have too much to say about other work it has been decent so far but time will tell.
