They scammed me
My solana got stuck, could not sell or move it, support team was “working” on it for 6weeks and couldnt resolve the problem, and eventually they told me to take out my crypto/money and they will freeze my qccount, i still wasnt able to take out my money and they froze it, they scammed me, be aware!!!

Regarding your Deblock crypto wallet, it is important to highlight that it is non-custodial. This means you are the sole owner and controller of the funds in your wallet. We do not have access to your assets, and we cannot restrict or retain them.
Although your Deblock account is no longer accessible, you can still use your encryption key to export your wallet and access it through another compatible wallet application. Your funds remain under your control. In fact, Deblock has never had custody of them.
If you have any questions or need help with the wallet export process, please feel free to contact us. We will be glad to assist you.
