2 Year Usage - Review
I have used the Direct Debit collection service of DebitDirect for 2 years now.
The DebitDirect portal does exactly what you would hope and expect.
Monthly collections from customers are always on time, as per the scheduling of the DD. Payments always paid out on time, even if the figure differs drastically day-to-day.
Cost is very competitive.
Whenever issues occur with my account - I have ALWAYS received good advice from the support of Sam, which quickly resolves any issues to allow the account to continue without disruption.
Keep up the good work.
The only improvement that I would make to the system, would be an introduction of an API to allow our CRM to update our customer's payments without manual work required. The API would also allow automatic set-up of new payers.

The process of signing up and running the system from my point of view has been really very easy. Not having done anything like it before it seemed a bit difficult to understand the process, but that was not Debit Direct's fault, it was a learning curve for me. I would suggest there is a more fulsome explanation of exactly which buttons to push for the uninitiated.
