Very efficient with the whole process after we found and getting our purchase to completion especially Stevie, the Move Manager, who was very helpful, a pleasure to deal with as are all the staff we met.

In the process of selling our relatives home in a particularly stressful time, the Debbie fortune move manager allowed buyers to access the property prior to completion whereupon they decimated the garden and trespassed on the property. We did not feel looked after by estate agency andyer we complained annd the buyers trespassed again and then tried to claim money for damages they caused whilst trespassing. We felt this was just a process for them after they failed to complete the sale when it sold over year ago. We made a complaint and this has been brushed off and swept under the carpet by the directors. Particularly unhelpful disjointed sales team with no dedicated focal person. Poor estate agency, look elsewhere- plenty in the locality.

Wendy showed us round 3 properties after telling her what we’re looking for. Very nice to find an estate agent who is pro active about trying to sell properties.
