Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service! My house is on the market, and my puppy paws tore up the berber in a bedroom. I called Melissa at Deatons and within a couple of hours she was at my house to measure and she brought carpet samples. We picked a carpet and she spent her evening finding me an installer. Within 24 hours, I had new carpet. This was above and beyond, and with my house showing later today, its a huge deal to me to be able to get this kind of turnaround on replacement carpet. Melissa has been great to deal with - I paid by phone and didn't even have to go into the store. Great experience. Melanie Buchholz, Jackson, TN
