The most common reason for this is the Weekly Diamond Pass can only be stacked for a max of 10 weeks (70 days).
Your payment should have been automatically refunded because of this, so could you please check your e-wallet balance? Let us know if you don't see it.

purchased a package and it was pending for quite a while so i decided to contact the supposedly “support with quick replies” but i still did not receive any response or updates from them i thought maybe they were busy hence i decided to wait.
