Title: Terrible Service and Unprofessional Handling of Orders
Review:
I had an awful experience with Dearlovey and feel compelled to share my story. I placed an order and provided a detailed, accurate address in Jordan, including the country, capital, street name, and house number. Despite this, they requested my address three times and somehow managed to ship the package to KSA instead.
Their excuse was that my address was unclear, which is absurd given the level of detail I provided. Even worse, they never attempted to call me, despite having my phone number on file. Instead, they relied on multiple back-and-forth emails, which were frustrating and inefficient.
This is not how professional companies operate. Reputable businesses that ship to Jordan work with local delivery companies and contact customers directly to resolve any issues. Unfortunately, Dearlovey did none of this, leaving me to feel deceived and frustrated.
I had to demand a refund, and I still doubt their reliability. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Avoid them if you value your time and peace of mind!
Seems like 1 out of 10 people get what they ordered. I have been waiting 2 months for a Christmas present to arrive, and paid an additional 30$ for alternate shipping due to the canada post strike, and still nothing. Yet, a family member ordered 1 week after I did and got the product before Christmas... Not worth the risk. Buy somewhere else.
Order was placed on 02/05/2024, last shipping update 29/05/2024 - NO RESPONCE from sustomer services - don't use it is a SCAM
I ordered a sweatshirt that was wrong and tried to return it. I just kept getting the same email. They stole my money!!!
It says you are entitled to a return. But I haven’t gotten anyone to do so in 2 months of sending emails.
DO NOT order from this site. There email address bounces back. Take your money and hear nothing

Beautiful skull necklace, exactly as pictured quick delivery
THEY ARE A SCAM! I bought a present for my grieving friend, have been waiting 2 months for my parcel. Their customer service is appalling. I also paid £10 for quick delivery.
Outstanding product - my sister was thrilled when she received this. Really unique style of needlepoint scissors and beautiful craftsmanship on the wooden box. A real treasure. Customer service was very responsive when I followed up on delay in delivery - with delivery only delayed a couple days.
Do not buy from this company WORLD CUP GLASS Brocken on delivery….: customer service appears not to be able to understand English
World Cup glass - DON'T BUY!!!!!
Same experience here with the world Cup glass as the pervious reviewer. Extremely bad quality product. Again once complained they asked to send the pictures and then they asked again stating they have not received.
It's been a month and no resolution. You can only contact them via email or facebook. Do not buy from this company!!!
I have recently purchased a personalised World Cup glass from dearlovely.com. Upon opening it, i have to say i was far from impressed with the quality. It looked like it had been made of plastic than glass, and there were scratches all over it too, not to mention it looks like 2 pieces of apparent glass have just been stuck together with visible lines going down either side of it. This is certainly not worth the £34 i paid.
The flag at the bottom looked just like paper glue to the glass and was actually peeling off at the corners.
As soon as i received it, i immediately lodged a complaint where i was asked to email some pictures. Upon doing this i didn't hear anything back so again contacted them asking if they received pictures i sent. They responded by telling me they hadn't received them so i forwarded them again. This has now gone on 4 times now where they claim to have not received my photos, not to mention at times not receiving a response at all. The lack of customer service is appalling and i feel the company know they are in the wrong and won't own up to it.
I have given this company several chances to respond so we can resolve this issue. I now feel i had no other option but to lodge my complaint this way.
I dread to think how many other people have experienced difficulties with this company and being conned.
Brought 3 personalised jewellery cases. They never arrived. Checked my security cameras on and around supposed delivery date and nothing. Checked with Australia post and tracking number they gave me wasn't legit. Checked supposed courier they used and not even here in Australia. When I disputed it they asked for more money to replace my orders asking fir 36% of my original purchase to replace. Scammers
I bought a picture and frame with lego superhero’s in it for Father’s Day. It arrived faster than I expected, which is a really good thing. Unfortunately the quality of the product is not what I expected, so I wrote them an email. They answered quickly and wanted me to attach some photos of the product, which I did. Now I haven’t heard from them since. I wrote the email may 3rd.
