We ordered a rug doctor flexi clean from this site as it was cheaper than anywhere else. I was a little sceptical but I took a chance. It arrived within the 3 to 5 day delivery window. Wev had it out the box & cleaned the floors. Everything looks to be there & in order. So far so good and happy with the purchase.

Purchased a golf trolley and was very pleased with the speed of delivery and email updates on status of the order. The item was really well packaged and in pristine condition. Really happy with the service provided. Would highly recommend.

I’ve never heard of this company before so was a little apprehensive but I had nothing to worry about .
Ordered a Panda mattress which Deals Direct had at a really good price and it came within a few days through DHL. DHL sent email and text with the time slot which unfortunately they were delayed but I did get an update straight away and was given a new delivery time ( same day) which they kept to .

Ordered a tent booked a pitch ,then they canceled my order,no explanation no money in my account?

Amazing service. I was phoned by the courier who inform me when my item was going to arrive. Friendly courier's on arrival. They carried the kayak to where I wanted it. The item was really well packaged and in pristine condition. Really happy with the service provided. Highly recommended.

they made mistake as Everyone do and i received quick delivery with tracking number it's e Easy , Because I received text from DHL time and they arrived on time.
I was concerned for the parcel, I left email to customers service. And my contact number, same day they called me I received same day full refund. They are Honest and forward. I am glad if i see Every business same as them Because thier customers guarantee Goods

Ordered some shelves from this company. They came the next working day, packaged nicely and they were the cheapest I could find. Very happy and pleased to find out after being contacted by admin that it’s a small business which is always good to support. Keep it up.

Packaged really well, so my Panda topper had no damage.
This was my 3rd attempt of purchasing a mattress topper, that didn’t then feel like just a mattress protector!
3rd time lucky, because so happy with it, plus the price was the best I found by quite a large margin.
I could not recommend the company and the product enough. 10/10

Well packed, little danger of transit damage.

Found the item I wanted cheaper than anywhere else, brand new in box excellent product. My only minor point is better communication required, shipping in 3-5 days was the claim, initial email saying received order then no indication of timescales, I emailed after 6 days, item arrived 2 days later

I ordered a Dualit toaster and kettle. I found it here cheaper than anywhere else, and with free delivery.
I was quoted 3-5 working days for delivery. When it had been dispatched, I received an email to let me know.
My order was delivered within 3 days and the company contacted me straight away when I asked about my tracking number.
I could not have had a better experience and would definitely use Deals Direct again.

Ordered a dualit kettle, missed several delivery dates despite issuing a DPD tracking number and marked as despatched on Amazon. Tracking number never matches any item with DPD and now struggling to get a refund as they have marked as despatched. They’ve had the money for weeks without incurring any costs…..nice business!!!

Ordered Bamboo Double mattress topper from this company as thought it was a good deal.
Does state free next day delivery if spending over a certain amount (this does not happen, still charged me for delivery).
Product did turn up, but wait, no, sent me a king size and after reading more of the reviews I can see this isn't the first time this happened.
We were in the middle of moving properties so this was something we could have done without. Contacted DD straight away via email as seems to be the only way this can be done. Around 24hrs later, in the early hours received an email apologising etc and that it should be swapped straight away. Every piece of communication took so long to be replied to and always received in the early hours of the morning which makes me think they are not even in the UK.

Finally received an Evrie note for the parcel to be collected but by this time I had decided that I did not want to deal with this company any longer as can't work out how its a scam but definitely feels like one after reading more reviews.

Ended up going through Paypal to claim my funds back and strangely all communication from this company via email stopped.

Have now received a refund from Paypal. From my personal experience I would avoid this company like a rash as it goes to show cheaper isn't always better

Shocking, Billy is such a liar. My mother ordered a panda topper as a wedding gift. Item did not arrive. Billy stated it was a DHL issue but could not supply tracking. Then promised to send the item again still no tracking and big surprise no topper.. contacted Billy again and he stated he had forgot to send the item but would send it later that day. Still waiting. Billy will not refund my card and is now ignoring my emails. Please avoid at all costs SCAMMER..
