SCAM WEBSITE DO NOT USE!!!!!

Placed an order and said 2-3 working days and has now been a full week since I placed the order and still no sign, even worse the website doesn’t even load anymore so you can’t even try and contact them!

Do not use, will contact my bank to get my money back immediately

I ordered a part for a HP workstation, which not even HP could provide directly because it was rarely requested.

I have to say that the diverse range of items and the scarcity of this part made me suspicious, but I ordered anyway.

I shouldn't have been worried, throughout the order the communication emails were great and the part arrived a few days later, brand new and in perfect condition.

The price of the monitors we bought was very keen. The communication via chat was very good. Delivery was from the EU but still only took a couple of days. UPS charged a very small customs fee which we should not have paid but the note about this on an e-mail from Deals United was not very prominent. However, the fee was refunded so all's well that ends well. Will certainly use again.

First time ordering from this company and delighted with the service levels and product. I purchased two MyCloud EX2 Ultra Nas drives and they were delivered within an acceptable timescale and they were extremely competitively priced. I received regular email updates and whilst making an enquiry regarding the delivery process, the phone was answered swiftly and the service team provided reassurance that the units were being delivered by a named carrier the same day. I don't know to much about the company history, but I will be returning to make future purchases and I would highly recommend them.

Ordered on 5th April, invoice came up as "completed" on 6th April, by 7th April I had not received any form of shipping confirmation. I called the company who said that the product had been shipped and it was a problem with the courier companies' system and that was why I hadn't received any shipping notification, and they also could not retrieve it because the systems were down.
I chased it up several times over several days and kept getting the same response, I would get an email with shipping details "tomorrow".

I finally got a tracking email on 13th April, turns out the product was being shipped out from Germany that day!

The product arrived on the 15th, unfortunately with a European plug, luckily this was a standard kettle lead, and I could replace it.

So, whilst it did turn up, I had been misled by both the website (which said it was in stock and I could expect it in 2-5 working days) and the person I spoke to on the phone who lied and said the product had been shipped when it had not.

I wouldn't use the website again, because I don't have any trust in a company that lies to its customers.

Ways they could improve:

1. Don't send out something to the customer that says the order has been "completed" when it has not been shipped. It is "Awaiting dispatch" at this point.

2. Don't lie about the status of the order.
I would rather have heard "the order is awaiting dispatch from our warehouse in Germany and will take about 8-10 working days" than "we have shipped it; I can't give you a shipping reference because the shipping companies systems are down"
3. Don't says shipping will take 2-5 working days on the order confirmation if it's going to take longer.
4. State on your website that goods are being shipped from the EU and they are European models, I would expect this from a UK registered company.

My advice to anyone using this website is:
1. Pay by credit card, so you have the option of a Section 75 refund, just in case.
2. Expect poor customer service and products to be delivered much later than stated.

This is a scam company with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE..
we ordered a printer on Jam 2021 and when we received it, we noticed that we need different model for our POS system..we haven’t used the printer and contacted the company for a replacement..they kept promising us to send an email with a replacement/ return procedure but nothing received!!! We had to source the other printer from different supplier..
Since Jan 2021 until today 9th April we called many times and every time they promise to send us an email for a return process, but nothing...!!!
Today we received an email saying they can’t replace it...! It’s a horrible and unreliable service we ever had to deal with so far!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Thought we had come across a great honest online site. Our sons gaming monitor arrived damaged. We ordered it on Black Friday. Communication was good to start with but they kept telling me they were waiting on Samsung to get back to them. I gave up and spoke with Samsung direct who hadn’t heard from them at all. They are since ignoring my emails and looks like I’ll have to take it further with trading standards and do a chargeback with my bank. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I was looking for a specific zebra printer. Tim has been quick and efficient answering all my questions. And purchased a happy working zebra printer. Thank you!

Spent £500 with them and the order was immediately marked as complete on their website. I have contacted them 3 or 4 times and I kept getting told it will arrive tomorrow. I ask for a tracking number but I keep getting told that it will be emailed to me, and the courier has misplaced it parcel after being dispatched the other day. So if they can tell me this info, why can't they forward me the tracking number? When I ask more probing questions my chat session seems to get IP blocked.

Company was setup up in September 2020 and it is run from a shared office in London apparently. Can't find any other companies linked this company. Beginning to think it is a scam.

EDIT: They also IP block your web chat sessions when you ask "difficult" questions like: "If you are able to tell me the package has been misplaced by the courier, why are you not able to provide me with the tracking number?". This is a guaranteed IP block, and you will need to use VPN from a different IP for the web chat session to work. I also managed to speak with someone on the phone. The individual was rude and very defensive on why they are unable to offer a refund 11 days after taking my money.

i dont know this company is scam or not but they selling items what not even in stock, i ordered 3 GPU around 1,5k and next day they sent me email about this items out of stock, so i wont refund my money, they said about 2-3 days after 2 weeks still nothing, after 5-6 emails they said is should already on my bank account (lie).So i told them if its not arriving in 1 day i will report for police and what a suprise in 2 hours and on my bank account.Terrible company

Tried ordering two gaming monitors for my boys for Christmas. Apple Pay said the payment didn’t go through. It did this twice. I paid with my credit card, only to find all three payments have gone through totalling nearly £2500! 😫 On contacting the company I was told that the monitors were out of stock anyway. We agreed that they would refund me and then advise me on another monitor to purchase from them.
I didn’t hear about a refund (two invoices came through) and as it was close to Christmas, I ordered two suitable monitors from Amazon (that came the next day!) rather than risk more money being tied up and no Christmas presents. I then received two refunds and they emailed to recommend another monitor. I explained I already ordered elsewhere and asked for my third refund. So, extremely stressful right before Christmas but I thought they dealt with it quite quickly. I had been very worried it was a scam as three payments had been taken, I’d been told the monitors were out of stock but they were still showing as in stock on the website and I’d seen negative reviews here. But after receiving two of the three refunds, I felt quite confident in the company but nothing came.
I emailed to check on the refund. I contacted my bank and opened a dispute. I emailed again and finally, from an order I made on the 12th of December, I’ve just received my refund today 23rd of January. I’ve now got to sort out the subsequent overpayment on my credit card.
What a shame. Experiences like this put people off buying from small businesses online.
They’ve been very pleasant to communicate with but I’m really annoyed at the distress it’s caused. They’ve held on to nearly £800 of my money for six weeks. I never leave negative feedback but don’t feel it’s fair on people to have to go through an experience like this.

I found dealing with this company slightly frustrating at times. If you need an item in a hurry, you may be better off not using deals United.

They did deliver the item, it was cheaper, and the company is not a scam

Ordered a Ryzen 5 3600XT on 27th Nov at a discounted price for £205.49. Took them over 7 weeks to tell me they cannot commit to the order. Very poor service.

Deals-united offered the product I wanted at over £50 cheaper than elsewhere and it was in stock and the product arrived in perfect condition, although with an EU plug instead of UK.

Shipping took longer than expected (6 working days instead of the 1-2 I paid for) and the automated contact from the website from deals-united needs work. That said the shipping delay was meant to be on UPS's end and I was refunded what I paid for express shipping.

Customers do expect to be told when an order has been shipped by email
though and to be emailed tracking details. I only got these details by chasing on the website customer chat, and there was some delay before I received emails saying the order was processing and payment completed when I made the order. Order then went to completed after I paid instead of shipping etc. which wasn't re-assuring.

The customer support on the website was very responsive, but I was still unable to get details about the shipment for several days, which wasn't reassuring as a first time customer taking a slight risk on them.

In my experience deals-united was good value for money, and I probably would shop with them again if they offered better value on another product I want. Not necessarily the best for speed though. I don't think they are a scam, maybe more just finding their feet.

I'm not convinced that this is a real company, to be honest. It's been one of the most bizarre organisations to deal with in literally decades of buying stuff online.

I ordered an expensive screen and paid by PayPal. I then got various emails telling me the order was progressing and then complete. I enquired when it would arrive repeatedly and was always told one or two days hence. During this time, they refunded me my PayPal transaction and invoiced me via Stripe. I paid by credit card as I didn't trust them at this point.

The excuses continued, and eventually, I gave them a deadline to provide tracking details, or I would cancel. A few minutes after giving them the deadline, but quite a while before it passed, I received an email saying I'd been refunded so I guess they weren't optimistic on meeting it.

They get an extra star for not literally stealing my money but don't waste your time with this company, it is as dodgy as it looks

I was very worried after their website went down when waiting for a £220 CPU to be delivered. I was checking this page for promising reviews for 3 days straight. Their customer service did try and assure me that there was nothing to worry about and thankfully my cpu arrived in the end. Huge relief because I was ready to file a dispute through my bank which would have been a real nuisance. So yeah despite the reviews actually not a scam.

My order was refunded by the company when PayPal went down on Friday. I paid the invoice and my order arrived today. I was worried, given the bad reviews, so I called the company and they reassured me and gave me my tracking number. They are helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend!!! A HUGE THANK YOU :)

Scam. I initially paid for a router by PayPal which was refunded as they said there was a problem with the payment. They sent me a new invoice to pay through stripe payments and seemed legit. Website is now inaccessible. Registered on companies House in September 2020, probably to scan black Friday deal hunters.

UPDATE: After my review I received some communication from the company including tracking details and, much to my surprise, the router turned up this morning!! It has a US plug, which I'll take up with the company, and shipping was slow (UPS) but I ultimately got what I wanted at a great price.

Complete Scam, other reviews are fake.
They charge you and send you an e-mail claiming that COVID has affected shipping times, you'll get an invoice and then they'll IP block you so you can no longer view their website. Do not trust buy your product anywhere else.

As an edit to their response: They have IP blocked me, I have proof (Can access website through mobile data but not through own wifi yet other websites will load). I have still not received my goods, their social media links go to some sketchy website, and their contacts (phone and email) don't give you any response.

Same issue as others. They took payment whilst showing motherboard in stock, only to tell me 2 days later that out of stock. Lost any opportunity to find other deals over Black Friday and Cyber Monday! Can't get hold of them by phone and not responding to emails.
If they can't cope with high demand then they should limit amount of orders they can take!!!! Not the consumers problem if you are inefficient.
Suggest you avoid this company.
Beware - This is a scam site, they might respond to negative reviews but website has no access nor do they answer phone calls!!!!!!
Only fair to write that site is back up - might not be a scam. BUT definitely hit or miss on your experience with them.
Use if you are feeling lucky - I won't be in future.
