Worst Customer Service Ever

I purchased a CuisinArt CBK 200FR bread maker from DealParade.com. The unit is allegedly "factory reconditioned" but it never was. The unit has a bad fan motor assembly and LED control buttons. Poor 'customer service' from DealParade.com is making this problem terrible. The customer support Email address is bogus and the phone number has a full voice mailbox. Deceptive, manipulates reviews, Nothing but lies

My experience with DealParade was not good. I purchased a certified refurbished Yamaha Receiver thru walmart. Within a week it started turning itself off and the volume was maybe half. I had to holler to get my refund which was late. I stated clearly what the problem was but DP changed it to Customer Changed Mind. This puts the receiver right back out for sale. I also noticed that DP manipulates the reviews. I tried to post a review but it was not posted. Keeping a close eye on the reviews I noticed that it had 2 in the beginning then 6. They took 2 of those negative FB and removed them. I have made another attempt to review this receiver and if it is not posted I am going to contact the FTC for deceptive trade practices and internet fraud and anything else I'm advised to do.
