It seems like Dealhunter, being on the edge of bankruptcy, has come up with a way to squeeze some money out of people: SCAM! Just choose some people that years ago placed an order for some cheap items and cancelled any membership they might have had, and send them a reminder to pay for 20-30 months of "being a member"...while they were actually not a member. Completely illegal, they have no way to prove you were bound to a membership for the time they claim that you have to pay, they send no bills or reminders, they just have a crappy website that doesn't even make it clear.
They do make sure to send this illegal charge to an in-kasso company that then reports you to RKI and can possibly affect your future economy.
All in all, an embarrassing company struggling to stay afloat by scamming people. Be super careful.

I have received a threat notice for Blacklist,
Deal hunter opens my plus account, without my knowledge. whenever I called them phone always close no answer.No reminders anything.
after a long time suddenly got an email, Deal hunter will put my name on Blacklist etc. I bought one headohoone long time ago, which had very BAD
BAD quality. Deal Hunter is SCAM SCAM .

I bought an item last year and I received it in few days, but when I changed my credit card I received an "incasso påmindelse" first by email and now by letter of DKK 456. I also discovered that until my card expired they withdrew 89kr per month without my authorisation. They claim I subscribed to their service, but in fact I had never received any "orderbekreftelse" after my subscription, nor any indication about my client ID. they claim they tried to contact me, but I have not received any phone call nor email from them after the time I was supposed to have started the subscription. In other words this company has cheated to me and used my credit card without authorisation. I am lodging a claim at the nevnevnes hus. Needless to say that I would warmly suggest to be very careful when buying anything from this company

This company cheats people by getting them to buy subscriptions without knowing it, the Danish consumer protection organisation, (forbrugerombudsmand) is investigating them after numerous complaints, including mine.
I have an email from the forbrugerombudsmand confirming this. Dealhunter are still threatening us with court action, for unpaid subscription after our credit card expired and they could no longer debit our account.

I had purchased elastic belt from the site and unknowingly i got signed up for plus membership. Now after 18 months i got email asking for 1608 dkk for 18 months membership. This is clearly cheating and they should not charge customer unknowingly by showing them good offer. I have asked them to send official invoice and I will take this up with danish consumer court.

Ordered a baby play pen which cost over £100 plus delivery , you don’t get no contact from these people ! Ordered 6 weeks ago still haven’t received it they do not reply to emails , and out of the blue I receive a letter from parcel force saying they cannot deliver until you pay customs charge ! Another £50 . Plus my bank have rung me as this company try to take money from your account to , so had to have card blocked and get a new one . I love to support local businesses but these are scammers and have no respect , save your money do not give it to this pathetic company

Very pleased with my resistance band bundle. To be open and honest I was abit nervous once I ordered the bands. Read some quite bad reviews on items, service and scams etc from other customers. This was more heightened when the tracking number did not change for about two weeks? I emailed my concerns and the response was pretty quick.They looked into my order and issued me with a different tracking number. Again I was abit worried that I was being lead down a garden path. However a week later my parcel has arrived. Service and communication was great, item is better than I expected. 5 stars with me. Thankyou.

I orderd a balloon ball for my grand daughters birthday it cost £19.00. It was not even the one I ordered and the quality was very very poor. For the money I did
expect something better (silly me) I emailed company 3 occasions with no reply.
Don't purchase from these people. They are a disgrace

Bought a resistance bundle set in early March..Got tracking number but when I put tracking number in it states not authorised!
I’ve emailed top deal hunter.com many times, I’ve received no communication.
My next option is to go through PayPal for goods not received..
This place is a scam unfortunately..I wish a governing body could stop companies like this from trading!!

I would not use this company based on their lack of communication and poor customer service experienced.

The return service is poor - I have been trying to return an item which took 4 weeks to arrive and it is not suitable. They have communicated once asking for photos of the item which have been sent as requested and they promised that their customer services would get back to me to confirm return process. However, they have not confirmed the return address despite numerous emails requesting details. I have been waiting over 4 weeks for them to reply and I have not yet had a response.

I would suggest that future buyers do not use this website and look for an alternative option to avoid wasting money and time, which is precious. Totally disappointed with this company and online experience.

DO NOT BUY from this company! It takes a age to get here then if you want to send it back they ignore you. They have a 30 day returns after that you get nothing I’ve asked for a returns label and address 3 times now and nothing it’s like there wanting for the 30 days to be up. Do Not Buy and yes am letting Facebook and all the other social media sites know that Dealhunter is not to be trusted

Ordered a Pilates bar. No delivery and won't respond to my emails. Emailed them 3 times still no response. Absolute con.

Hi I am Catherine I bought a heated body warmer from top deal hunter . When it turned up it not the same as the picture . So I email them explaining the problem they email me back asking for a picture of what I received which I did . I have email them three more times since with no reply to let me know if they received the email or not. I all so gave them my phone number to contact me but nothing .very pour after sales perhaps they my reply to the trading standard which will be my next step .

The Stop function does not work - scam to get your details. I didn’t buy as they would not let me
Opt out of marketing texts, but that hasn’t stopped me being bombarded with sms and the Stop code to stops the texts does not go through. Do not use. They just want your data , lord knows what they do with it

I order this item around June. $12.50 was taken from my account immediately. Got confirmation (#2034) mail very late on July 9,2019. They understand my order take a bit long and offer 2 free silicone cases and a 50% off coupon to any order in store.I click da link and it don’t take me any where....SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. They mention my package will arrive 7 to 10 days and today July 22,2019 I didn’t receive any thing at all.
I am gonna tell on Facebook and every where I get deal hunters are a SCAM!

What a scam, wrote 3 emails still no response. Took my money from my account fast. Thank god it is small amount. Lesson learned. Order # 5029

Responded. Dated in process, still no delivery. I repeated THIS IS A SCAM.

They have stolen money from my account without my authorization. I contacted them through several emails but they never answered. Really bad service and unfortunately 1 is the lowest rate because I would rate them -5.
I will never buy anything from them.
