Stay Away HORRIBLE Warranty Service
I have purchased 5 matresses through this company. One I purchased was a King IQ5. After 4+ years the mattress was seriously sagging. The mattress has a 10yr warranty. After 3 months of getting strung along by them, following up too many times to count, numerous promises of getting it shipped out, it's no longer made, we will send a brand name replacement etc etc etc nothing ever happened. Nick in CS is nice enough and Paul the manager is a flat out liar. Said two weeks ago he would resolve and get shipping info by Monday. Called today and he never called back. Worthless warranty service buyer beware they SUCK.

If I could leave a review for zero Stars I would. Horrible product! Deal beds I-4 adjustable bed frame is god-awful. I've gone through three head Motors in 6 months and now the company won't do anything. They strung me along for 3 weeks with no return phone calls no satisfactory response as in we'll replace it will refund your money or anything. Not even a repair option. If you spend money on his bed frame you're only throwing it away. At least burning money gives you a little bit of enjoyment you can watch a fire but giving money to a company to get a horrible product is really painful. Don't waste your time

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. I BOUGHT AN IDEALBED ADJUSTABLE BASE (MODEL i5) FROM DEALBEDS (SOLD ONLINE THROUGH AMAZON). THE FRAME CRACKED. ONE OF THE JOISTS ON THE LEG-RAISE SECTION SNAPPED LEAVING ME STUCK SLEEPING WITH MY LEGS HIGHER THAN MY BODY, PROPPED UP BY PILLOWS.
I DECIDED TO PAYTO UPGRADE TO THE IDEALBED 7i CUSTOM TO AVOID A REPEAT. IT CRACKED TOO. THEN A THIRD BASE FAILED THE SAME WAY. THREE BROKEN FRAMES ACROSS TWO MODELS. THAT’S NOT BAD LUCK, THAT’S A PATTERN.
THE SERVICE WAS SOMEHOW WORSE. THEY KEPT ASKING FOR PHOTOS, THEN SAID THEY DIDN’T RECEIVE THEM, THEN ASKED AGAIN. PROMISED CALL-BACKS NEVER HAPPENED; EVERY UPDATE ONLY CAME BECAUSE I CHASED THEM. I HAD TO DRAG A VERY HEAVY BASE, RE-BOX IT, AND SHIP IT BACK AT MY EXPENSE OF $250 PER RETURN, MORE THAN ONCE. WHEN I ASKED TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT BRAND AFTER REPEATED FAILURES, THEY WOULDN’T HELP WITHOUT MORE CHARGES. NO OWNERSHIP. NO REAL APOLOGY. NO SOLUTION THAT LASTED.
AFTER RECEIVING THE THIRD BASE, IT ARRIVED MISWIRED. THE “HEAD” BUTTON ON THE REMOTE MOVED THE LUMBAR, AND THE “LUMBAR” BUTTON MOVED THE HEAD. THEN THE LEG-LIFT MOTOR FAILED AND LOCKED IN THE UP POSITION. I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER SIX MONTHS FOR A REPLACEMENT MOTOR. UNREAL, BUT IT HAPPENED.
IF YOU READ OTHER PUBLIC REVIEWS, YOU’LL SEE THE SAME THEMES: FRAMES/LEGS BREAKING, LONG WAITS, AND POOR COMMUNICATION. MY EXPERIENCE MATCHES THAT.
BOTTOM LINE: DEFECTIVE BED FRAMES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MAKES A BAD SITUATION WORSE. PROTECT YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BACK. BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!
BEWARE! Horrible quality product & service
The worst customer service experience ever. PLEASE save your money and shop elsewhere. Purchased a king size adjustable frame...a disaster from the beginning. The product is very, very low quality compared to my previous queen adjustable frame. I chose this company/product simply because I wanted the wall hugger function with my newest mattress. From the first night I was experiencing lower back pain which I thought was due to firmness of new mattress. Replaced with a 2nd (softer) mattress and immediately experienced the same. Waking up with soreness and pain as though I've slept with a pipe under my back. Yet, I CAN sleep on my queen bed without any pain. This king bed frame had clear gaps and a wooden board (with no padding) under the mid section. There are clear protrusions pushing through the top of the platform from the motors underneath. It is a defective product that doesn't provide proper support like other adjustable frames. Have reached out to this company several times (by phone and email) it has been more than 30 days since first contact and I still have no resolution. I was asked to provide pictures (Oct 1), which I did same day...no response. I sent a follow up email (Oct 28) still no response. Asked customer service again when I might receive follow up after waiting a month, was told the "technical team" that handles this only works "mid-day to 9pm, Pacific time".
So fair warning to other shoppers...don't waste $$$ like I have. Your money is MUCH better spent elsewhere with better quality products AND customer service that cares.

Easy order delivered when they said it…
Easy order delivered when they said it would , had a small hiccup with a loose part from transit, talked me through putting it back , offered to send out a tech but was an easy fix. Answered my calls and was very responsive, followed up a day later to make sure I was happy. Not sure of the other complaints but I have none.
Purchased due to False Advertising (Confirmed by Manufacturer), and DealBeds Won't Make it Right
Bottom line: I purchased this bed base based on false advertising. I thought it was defective and the company said they thought they could fix it, but couldn't. This week I got information and confirmation from the manufacturer that 4 features/specifications of this base were falsely advertised (3 of which were key factors in my decision to purchase). Despite selling me a bed base under false pretense, they are refusing to refund me unless I arrange and pay for the return myself which costs more than the bed base cost! I recommend avoiding this company!
At first I thought the bed base didn't do what it was/is advertised to do because it was defective. Now I have learned from the Manufacturer that my bed base doesn't work as advertised because the advertisement was wrong!
Four Features/Specifications that were/are Being Falsely Advertised by this Company (All 4 Confirmed by Manufacturer):
1-Bed base only inclines to 58 degrees (not 70-75 as advertised on Amazon or 78 on their website)
2-Remote doesn't have two presets and two programmable buttons (i.e. four separate buttons) as advertised (and the presets can't be double programmed which is what I was told the last time I brought up this discrepancy.)
3-Bed base motors aren't silent as advertised. Manufacturer agent, Harmony, described the motor volume as "loud, but not too loud." (Please note: Loud is subjective, but silent isn't and the manufacturer confirms the motors aren't silent.)
4-The full coverage warranty isn't 3 years long as advertised. It is only 1 year.
Some of the other downsides I’ve experienced related to the product or the customer service:
*It articulates extremely slowly compared to other adjustable bed frames.
*When I requested a refund because I thought the product was defective (not falsely advertised as I know now), customer service was really invested in getting problems fixed. They thought they knew what would fix the base, and promised a refund if the replacement part didn't fix the problems (which was the only way I'd try the new part). When part finally arrived and didn't fix the problems customer service told me I had already had my chance to return. (After 4 weeks they changed to say I could if I arrange and pay for the freight shipping which costs more than the bed base and was not an original return term.)
*I was told the part would arrive within 4 days, but it ended up taking over 3 months. I followed up many times. Customer service would respond, but never followed up with me and tried to hold the 3 months against me. I never would have agreed to wait more than a few weeks for a replacement part.
*They have continued to change and add return requirements since the original terms prior for me trying the part that was supposed to fix the "defect." (That turned out to not be working as advertised because the advertising was wrong.)
*My bed base only sits up to 45 degrees (which is defective because it should sit up to 58 degrees), but I thought it was defective and was supposed to sit to 70-75 degrees advertised. The seller offered to give me a part that isn't for my base to hopefully make the bed base sit up to 70+ degrees. They told me I'd have to install it myself. Doing this would void the warranty.
*I requested to talk with management. I was told I could. Called and was told I would be called back in 20 minutes by a manager, but never was. Called back the next time I was able to and was first told management wasn't available, but eventually I was told I wouldn't be allowed to talk to management and could only talk with that specific customer service agent because he had made a mistake in a response to me and is now responsible for all communication with me. I should be able to talk to a manager about problems with a $1000 purchase and especially after being told I could multiple days and times.
Almost cancelled glad I didn’t!
Was really concerned. I placed my order and then found their reviews. Called them up to cancel, they made a valid point that people usually just come to these sites to complain. So I let it continue. My order was delivered 5-days later by FedEd. The next day the white glove folks turned up and set everything up. It was exactly as Customer Service said it would be. Everyone was polite and courteous and I love my new adjustable bed. I highly recommend these folks.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam ! I ordered a bed and never got it. I called like 4 times and the customer service person lied to me saying that they are making my bed. I asked where is it she said California! Next time I called I asked where is the bed. She said oh it's in Maryland! I said oh why is it there I thought you said California? She said oh I don't know. Then I called again got a guy and he said he dont know where it was. By then I got tired of being lied to so a said just cancel it. He said ok then you will be charged 299.00 for canceling it ! I said well then don't cancel it. I will wait to see if it's here by Saturday. We'll it never came and the guy canceled it anyway. So I called again and talk to the so called supervisor and he said the same thing but said the bed was in Florida! No one knew where the bed was and then the guy canceled it. And now they want me to pay for canceling it !! Do not buy a bed from this company they don't know what they are doing and they are a rip off. I lost 74.00 dollars already now they want more money !

I bought a queen size bed from this site last month. I immediately contacted the site saying there are many scratches and leather on one side of the rail ripped. Customer service agent said to send the photos of damaged items, I sent immediately. Then no response from the site, I called many times. Finally one agent said to mail the box photos to see whether it is fedex mistake to damage. I did send the photos. Then no response. Called the site again, then they said barcode on the box. Its been going on from several weeks. Tired of calling them. I never wrote a review in my life, but this time I am really upset and share my view to the public.
Unable to use my bed after less than a year.
I am disabled, and this was an extremely necessary purchase, but I wish I had made it elsewhere. Waited months for my order to ship (ordered in August, shipped in OCTOBER) until I had to beg them to send a model that wasn’t on backorder, and I clearly was sent a lower quality model.
The bed was creaking within a month (and I am very light), which I mentioned and was ignored.
Within a year my bed stopped working, so I asked for help and I am being told a replacement is not possible. At the current moment, they are dragging out the support back-and-forth and getting nowhere. Agonizing company to deal with, and most importantly, they do not honor their own warranty.
My customer support agent has been kind to me, and sympathetic- which is appreciated immensely, but this is going incredibly slowly to the point where I feel nothing will be resolved by the end of the warranty period. All I want is the bed I ordered, working and at this point I feel like I was scammed into accepting an inferior product that support seems unable to do anything about.
Untrustworthy with the WORST customer service!
I just experienced the worst customer service I have ever had from a company in my life. I ordered a headboard bracket kit from this company knowing it's the exact kit I need for my bed (SKU #4B9231). They sent me something completely different. When I asked them to send me a return shipping label they tried to blame me and said I chose the wrong product & so the shipping cost would come out of my return. I explained to the rep, that I ordered based on the picture & SKU # they have on the website that shows the 6-piece kit that I need and they sent me a 4-piece kit. The rep was full of attitude with me and told me that the picture doesn't represent what I'm getting & I had to chose a base model from the drop down menu... choosing an model on the drop down menu didn't change the photo or any of the information about the product, so how was I to know I'd be getting something different than what was pictured? If anything someone should have confirmed with me before it was shipped if that's the case - how is it my fault that I'm assuming what's in the photo and the SKU number: 4B9231 (which is the EXACT SKU number for the kit Leggett & Platt bracket kit that fits my base) on the product page is what I would be receiving?
I have never gotten irate with a customer service person in my entire life, and this rep really sent me over the edge. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. When they make a mistake they try to come up with ridiculous excuses to try to make it your fault! In the words of the rep, all over a $15 shipping charge. Maybe they should work on updating their website if they want to prevent "confusion" like this from happening in the future. And give your reps some customer service training. 0 stars!

Not what I consider top quality.

After DealBeds had us jump through hoops to get them info they needed still no parts after three plus months and no communication from DealBeds about why taking so long or sorry about your luck. Buyer beware when trying to buy top quality furniture on line, you might want to go somewhere that you can see and test furniture before paying top dollar. Don't see me doing any further business with Dealbeds.com if this is their customer service.

Dealbeds took good care of me, the shipping companies are a nightmare. After contacting Dealbeds about the delays they were able to get it handled and the shipping company finally came through.

If I could choose a negative star, I would. They delivered damaged unusable furniture last October. We have called multiple times only to be put off. Very unprofessional.
