The printing issues that I had with my…

The printing issues that I had with my first 2 orders were answered by a WhiteWall representative. He offered a reprint of one of the orders for free except for shipping costs. Ultimately, the reprint was still not what I hoped for, but I can see that it could be improved in the future if I chose to try again. The communication with WhiteWall was very good and the offer of a free reprint was appreciated.

WhiteWall is a great option for quality fine art photo prints

As a retired professional commercial photographer it is nice to have an option for printing my personal fine art prints. It is always hard to find a print maker online that can meet my expectations. Before retirement I lived in Los Angeles and was always able to go to my local lab and work with them directly to get the results I desired. Now that I am living more rural it is not possible to go to some place local so WhiteWall is a great option for quality fine art photo prints for my personal enjoyment!

In my black and white bird print, the blacks were crushed. It lost detail in the wings.
