Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. I visited the showroom in Berlin before ordering and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product line, without ever being pushy. Ordering and delivery was uncomplicated, and a month later I'm still loving my sofa. Would gladly order from Sofacompany again!

Unprofessional Customer Service Rep

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with a customer service representative in Berlin. She was rude, unfriendly and highly unprofessional. Love the furniture, but I detest the experience.

Ensure your reps receive proper training because this is unacceptable on all levels!

Good, as long as there are no problems…

A delivery time of 11 weeks seems like a long time for a custom made sofa, considering all that we wanted was a different colour material, but in general our sofa has been worth the wait and is comfortable. Delivery process worked smoothly and efficiently.

So now the bad. There was a problem with our brand new sofa, and when we mentioned this we were offered either a complete new sofa (with the corresponding lead time of 11 weeks), or €40. I feel it would be better to just offer the swap as €40 (~2% of the product value) seems laughable.

Our sofas are made especially for the customer as requested, they are unique pieces. Because the sofa is newly produced for you, the delivery time is approx. 11 weeks.

scratches at the bottom - used sofa

I ordered a new Vilmar and there are some scratches at the bottom. I don’t know this is because of testing during production or this is a second Hand sofa. What I am sure as you can see the pictures this is not happened during delivery because the package also was covered that part.
-when I asked them about it they offer 35 euro for credit and after 20 emails they offer 100euro and two pillow or exchange the sofa which is time consuming at the moment.

We only sell new products that are produced in our own factories and not seconhand sofas. The sofa you ordered has a small scratch underneath, which is not visible. We have offered you to exchange the sofa. Alternatively, there was the offer of a credit of 100 € and two free cushions from our selection. This offer is extremely accommodating.
