Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Super fast and customer oriented, we had some issues with the fabric of the sofas (caused by the delivery) and got immediately offered a replacement. Hope I find more companies like this in the future :)

Being able to browse possible options in the showroom really helped us, the sofa was not cheap but seems very good quality and it's very comfortable (which is what matters the most, at the end)

We visited the Berlin showroom to try different sofas, but our favorite model was not available there. The staff explained well and kidly how it would look like, fit, and feel. We ordered it later in the shop, the delivery was exactly on time (4 weeks in our case) and the delivery company did a good job: put the furniture in place and removed covered boxes from the flat.
We have used the sofa for more so far, than a month and are happy with the quality and appearance. Our cat is happy too:) We visited the shop later to buy additional pillows and cosmetics for furniture too.

The delivery date was 3 weeks when I was ordering. I can't believe but it really delivered in 3 weeks. (Even maybe less than 15 business days.)
The stuff in the showroom was also helpful.

Their customer support immediately got back to us offering a brand new daybed in exchange for the old one, honouring their warranty. The new bed was delivered and the old one taken away within 2 weeks. The entire process was incredibly smooth and the Sofacompany team was very helpful. A premium company all around.

Not a very comfortable sofa
I ordered a sofa from this company, expecting softness and comfort. But in fact, it is tough and practically not soft. I think I've made a mistake by ordering it via the website without seeing it in person.
The order process and delivery went really well.

09.04.2024: All our concerns were addressed to with good support from the customer support team. Although it took a while, we are satisfied with the couch. The dining table Allie was returned.
15.01.2024: Thanks to the customer service team (Ms.Sayan), effective solutions to exchange the defective Paula and Allie are initiated.

11.01.2024: My review through the verified purchase link: After my previous review the Customer service has responded: 1) Defective Paula couch (Wobbling & Squeaking) return declined citing customised production but service partner commissioned for repair but appointment unkown 2) Missing screws of Allie dining table - a) sent per post or b) commissioned for repair / exchange - whichever goes sooner (date unknown). Although there is feedback there isn't any progress with a concrete solution. As a customer having paid the full price with 4 months delivery time, it is very unprofessional of a furniture company to keep the customer endlessly waiting with defective furniture and ongoing unresolved issues.
08.01.2024: "Nach 16 Wochen Wartezeit kamen unsere Möbel mit Defekt an. 1. Sofafüße wackeln. 2. Fehlende Schrauben am Esstisch. Der Kundendienst möchte die Couch nicht umtauschen, sondern von einem Servicepartner reparieren lassen, aber bisher kein Terminvorschlag. Lässt euch nicht von der 30-tägigen Rückgabefrist täuschen!!!
Die Lieferzeit für die fehlenden Schrauben des Esstisches beträgt 12 Wochen! Der Esstisch hat auf der Website jedoch eine Lieferzeit von 7-10 Tagen. Ich könnte den Esstisch lieber zurückschicken, als ein Vierteljahr auf die verdammten Schrauben zu warten. Sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice".

Purchase process was smooth but the sofa was delivered faulty. Now we are waiting for a repair or pick-up, with customer service unable to communicate directly with their logistics or business partners to clarify how long we will be stuck with a sofa that cannot be used blocking half the apartment. Very disappointed and frustrated by the lack of concrete information and the unexpected quality issues. We understand that mistakes can happen, but would at least expect for customer service to be able to reach out to their partners and provide a timeframe for when the problem can be resolved. Your supply chain is ultimately your responsibility, despite parts being outsourced to external partners.
Update: The business parter finally reached out to confirm an appointment to fix the issue in TEN DAYS. Unacceptably bad service.

The Herman Sofa looks really pretty! Perfect for small spaces. I just noticed that the texture is a little rough, but overall i am very satisfied :)

My experience was amazing from beginning to end. The woman from the store was very kind to me and show me all the options I had. I spent more than half an hour deciding the model and color. She waited for me till I was decided and I bought it in the moment. I advice everyone to go to the store in person to be able to feel the texture of the different fabrics. Since I chose one model that was a basic one it arrived in two weeks at my house. The beauty and quality of the sofa is superb and I'm really happy with the purchase. I recommend everyone to buy in Sofa Company.

Ordering on the website was pretty easy and contacting them for questions afterwards as well.
My sofa arrived earlier than expected and the reminders for estimated arrival were accurate.
The sofa is beautiful and of great quality.

I selected the wrong sofa. I realised the day of my pickup that I had the wrong corner orientation. I called up (in broken German) and they responded very kindly in English and helped me refund my order in full and select the right orientation. I would never buy from IKEA when you can buy from these people. The sofa is also amazing quality, very comfortable. We find it had to leave :)

Great customer experience when choosing and purchasing the sofa directly in the showroom in Hamburg Fischmarkt! We could choose 2 extra pillows for free.
The delivery went smoothly and for an extra fee, our old sofa was removed.
The couch itself is really beautiful and cosy as expected.
