Sihoo M57 chair from DE to EE

I ordered a Sihoo M57 chair directly through their website. The delivery from Germany to Estonia took about two weeks.

To be fair, I was a bit nervous at first because I had seen quite a few negative reviews online saying it was a scam. Because of that, I decided to write to their support and ask when I could expect my order. The next day I received a reply, and the tracking number immediately started updating.

In reality, the parcel took about one week to be prepared for shipment, and then another week to arrive. Everything went exactly as it should.

I honestly do not know who is writing those scam reviews. From my experience, this is definitely not a scam. I was also afraid to order, but I decided to take the risk, and it turned out to be absolutely fine.

The chair itself is good quality. Everything was very well packed, all parts were sealed properly, the screws and tools were included, and the instructions were clear. A small but very nice touch was that they even included white gloves for assembling the chair.

Overall, I am very satisfied with both the product and the experience. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I am sharing this because those negative comments really scared me before ordering, and I want to say to others: do not be afraid. If there were issues in the past, they are clearly not the case anymore, or those reviews are simply misleading.

I can recommend buying without hesitation.

⭐ Chair received, very happy with the purchase! (5/5)

I want to update my previous review. Yes, there were significant shipping delays (12 days instead of promised 2-3), but Sihoo support (especially Remi) was responsive and offered €50 compensation for the delays, which I really appreciated. They kept communicating and tried to help.

The chair itself — Doro C300 — is absolutely worth it. Excellent build quality, comfortable mesh, great lumbar support. Assembly took about 30 minutes, straightforward instructions.

Bottom line: The EU logistics need improvement, but the product is excellent and customer service made it right. Would buy again.

I recently had a defective Sihoo C300…

I recently had a defective Sihoo C300 chair, and the entire replacement process was handled flawlessly. The team promptly arranged for the return and sent me a brand new chair without any hassle. I want to especially highlight Daisy and Remi from the support team - their communication was exceptional, always clear, professional, and timely.

I’m very impressed with Sihoo’s dedication to customer satisfaction and their efficient support. Highly recommended!

Smooth experience, fast delivery

I ordered a chair from sihoooffice.de (redirected to from de.sihoooffice.com) and received quick responses to my questions via mail. The chair arrived within 5 days, well packaged and in great quality. Overall, a positive experience.

Payment issues

/edit I gave it one more chance and used my Revolut to solve this payment... Now I hope for a quick delivery.... Original: I actually would like to buy one of the chairs but can't since they dont accept any of my VISA or Master cards.. After 3 tries I gave up... Looked into Trustpilot and regret I didnt do so prior my efforts... This has been a bad customer experience.

ellers ærgerligt, ville gerne have den stol

its too bad, i really wanted that chair

then it is annoying to be spammed over and over again, that i forgot to buy this chair on email.

Order still pending ...

Hello,

I placed an order on 10/01/2025 , order n°SIHOO57745, I received a tracking number but no update since that day. I am starting to panick a little, I wrote to the customer service but didn't get no answer yet. I don't want to put a bad review so i am writing hoping the customer service will answer me here.

Product still not dispatched & No reply from customer support

Placed an order on 08-Nov-2024 for Sihoo Doro C300. It was in stock and they promised to dispact within 1 or two working days. After two working days the product is still not dispatched. Wrote multiple emails to their customer support but never any reply. Looking through the numerous bad ratings on this seller, apparently this seller has a lot of logistic issues and very poor customer support. It seems I have fallen into a pitfall.

(Must read) They offered me a gift to take down my review

1) I bought a product on Sunday. In the site it's stated it would take 5-7business days to get the product.
2) 4 business days have passed and the order wasn't even sent. I opened a ticket the reply was ''we are having a issue with logistics'' (like every other negative opinion in this site, it's something usual with them)
3) In the thicket it's stated it would take 2 more business days to ship + 2-7business to receive the product.
-The take away is, the expectations they give versus the reality of the logistics it's not there.
- I created a new ticket asking for the cancelation of the order and a refund but no response so far.
- I recommend you to avoid this site, because clearly they have a logistic and support problem that they weren't able to fix so far and it isn't worth the trouble, specially if you are like me and you REALLY need a chair, you probably wont be receiving it on time and you would be better off buying one from somewhere else.
You might be lucky and get the product in time and the support can be great. But remember stuff like this don't only happen to the others.
Edit: They ignored my request to refund, instead they shipped the chair. Once shipped they cannot refund according to TOS. S### move! DO NOT BUY.
Edit 2: After completing the first edit, I received an email stating that if I wanted a refund, they would need to intercept the parcel, whether it was in transit or had already reached my house. After that email, I got another email with the full refund no questions asked, making me wonder if I hadn’t written the review, I wouldn’t have received the refund so quickly and would be through a painful waiting process. On that same email i got an offer of a $50 chair (That was sold out) as a gift in order for me to remove my review. I will not be accepting the gift, as I find it morally unacceptable. After my reply to that email they kept the offer of 50$ in any product (after me saying it was unmorally of me to accept). Plus if I have a poor experience why would I want to get myself involved in buying another product, plus gifting me something to remove my review seems unethical.

Chair is great, fast shipping, not so good customer service

I have ordered a chair in April and it arrived 1st of May (in about a week) from the German store to Denmark. The chair I chose is the Sihoo V1, and it is a comfortable chair with amazing lumbar support, the head support is nice too.
Only annoying thing is, that the armrests do not lock in place (rotation wise - height wise they do). And the height of the armrests is pretty damn high, on the lowest setting it cannot fit under my desk (I am not sure what the height of my desk is, but the measurements of the chair are on the website, so it is my fault). Also, later I found out this chair is more recommended for average to taller people (I am 161cm), so maybe that's the reason for tall armrests. However, even with my height, the chair is comfortable, and everything is adjustable enough for me.

However, I was having a very hard time choosing between the Sihoo Doro c300 and the V1, and even contacted customer service.
I gave my height, weight and other details to the customer service and that I was specifically wondering which chair would be a better fit for me (FROM THESE TWO). Instead of actually helping, they just suggested the most expensive chair on the website (which I wasn't even looking at! Its way out of my budget, and I didn't even include it in my question?)...
So they were completely useless. Later I found out the Sihoo Doro C300 is more suitable for shorter people than the V1 (my luck lol), but I would say the V1 was the right choice due to a more adjustable lumbar support.

Chair never came. 3months waiting. No refund.

I bought the chair in November through the site and the first week they wrote me saying it would take a while to arrive. I told them it was fine, but that I needed it as a Christmas present. If it was there by the 24th, then I would go ahead and if it wasn't possible, I would cancel the order.

They said no problem. Today is February 14 and the chair still hasn't shown up. I have sent them many emails. In January I had to move and the chair was still supposedly on its way in the tracking app. I told them that it had been months, that no one was living in the house anymore and that it would be picked up by my neighbor. They decided, without my consent, to send the order back and told me nothing. At the end of January I contacted them again and they told me they could not refund my money until the chair arrived back at the warehouse. Three weeks later, I am still claiming my money back and they tell me they will not refund it.

How is it possible if they have been three months to send a chair and it has not arrived? How is it possible if I have asked for a refund and by law they have to give it to me?
