When i first received my laser, I was disappointed to say the least, that it didn't work, however, the technical support i was given, was second to none, after having a teams video the problem was diagnosed and a new control panel was sent, this resolved all issues.
I was seeking detailed information on the cleaning and maintenance procedures for my iKier K1 Pro Max 70W. I was unable to locate these specific instructions on the company website or in the standard documentation.
I contacted the Ikier support department via email. They provided me with a temporary download link to an instructional video.
The video successfully demonstrated the required step-by-step cleaning and maintenance process, including the necessary tools and materials.
Overall, the support team effectively provided the missing information I needed.
Although I encountered a few initial setup issues with my iKier K70 Max, the support team was very helpful throughout the process. They carefully reviewed the information and videos I provided, quickly identified a faulty Z-axis limit switch, and arranged for a replacement. They also assisted with the correct connection settings, after which the machine connected and operated as expected.
Once everything was configured, the machine performed well in testing, and I appreciated the clear and professional support provided to get me up and running. Overall, a positive experience with both the product and customer service.
This is an amazing company. I own 4 of their lasers and love them. The biggest part is that their support team ALWAYS answers my emails by the following morning and ALWAYS is very helpful in giving directions on how to fix my issue or mailing me the part that is needed at NO CHARGE!!! WOW. Wish more companies were like them.
I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a return label as the device was defective. So far I have no received a return label or a replacement device. Very poor customer service so far.
The Ikier 70 Watt laser is excellent in every regard.
The Customer service is absolutely awesome. They responded quickly and provide answers to my questions in a helpful manner.
I have the pro max 24 to 48w laser, had it over a year now, never had an issue setting it up when it arrived, it's well made with a very rigid frame, very accurate especially when going in for another cut it follows the exact same path. But fix the unit down to the table, it's got mass when it's moving and a stable base is a must otherwise the table wobbles and the unit might slide. Love the cutting power allows me to cut half inch ply without taking an age.
Would buy it again , very tempted by the new higher powered version
I have ordered the iKier K1 Pro Max at the 22th of December (Order No. DE1466). It was delivered on 7th of January.
Some essential parts and cables are missing. without them it is not possible to operate the laser. So I tried to contacted iKier support via multiple channels (mail, WhatsApp, support website).
I got support feedback from "Catherine" on 10th of January and she stated, that the missing parts will be send out to me. Today, (19th of January) Parts are still missing and I have no idea if I ever get them.
Based on that support experience I do recommend NOT to buy from iKier (ikier.com), because support is not reachable and not reacting in time. Update to support status must be requested by customer and is not given automatically by iKier.
