ipad 6 home button failed within 9 months of light usage

Purchased ipad 6 9 months ago and the home button has already failed. No response from seller on eBay no customer support. So it winds up being $240. for 9 months worth of light usage, maybe 3 hours weekly. Live alone 70 years old and take excellent care of everything I purchase. Had my original iPad Air (first edition, never a problem) til I made the mistake of trusting this group. Would I have paid $240. for this knowing it would fail in less than a single year? NO

FAKE REVIEWS

All the reviews state it is an excellent company. I find it hard to believe everyone has a positive experience. I got an offer of $58 for a used iPad that I could have sold for $99 on eBay, but this process seemed easier. I sent mt item last week, tracked it and showed it delivered on 3/28.i spoke to a customer rep and she verified it indeed was delivered on 3/28, last Thursday. When I look at my account, it says still waiting for the item.
All of their ads say you are paid the next day, obviously not true. As of today, 4/1, it still says they are waiting for my item. So beware, this company appears to be a scammer. $58 won’t break me, but I will be reporting them to the PA Attorney General’s office for consumer affairs.
