They allowed me to place an order and fully processed my payment before properly verifying my dental license. Later, they canceled the order because of the license issue and issued a refund. Due to currency exchange and bank fees, I lost almost $100 for absolutely nothing! They should verify licenses BEFORE taking the customer's money, not after. Extremely irresponsible!
