Unpaid Salaries and Repeated Delays
I want to share my experience so others are aware.
According to my contract, salary should be paid no later than the end of the following month. My June 2025 salary, due by July 31, is still unpaid, and my July salary also remains pending.
I already returned the company laptop, but the employer continues to withhold payment, saying they must wait for “validation” or client confirmation. They have also asked me to resubmit timesheets and supporting documents multiple times, even though I had already provided them.
These practices create unnecessary stress and are highly irregular. Salary is a contractual obligation and should not be delayed because of equipment checks, client approvals, or repeated paperwork.
Employees deserve timely and transparent payment, independent of internal processes.
