Zero customer service
Purchased a print from dcfconlinestore.com on the 29th June.
After two weeks I reached out to enquire when my order would be received and got an automated reply to inform me that my enquiry would be responded to within 72 hours. Over two weeks later still no reply.
I reached out on twitter to the Derry City FC main twitter account. They tagged the merch team on that twitter correspondence but again they have not replied.
Almost one month later I do not have the product I order and worse still received zero customer service.
A simple email to say they are looking into it would have been sufficient. But as I have been left in the dark over this order I feel I have little option but to warn others to never purchase directly from the Derry City FC website. I did so because I wanted to support my local team in any way thatI can. I won't make that mistake in future.
They just took my money and so far have not sent out the order or responded to any request for an update.
