Wrong order received
When I opened my order. That was totally different from what I ordered. I ordered and paid hardwire kit for dash cam with OBD plug. But they sent me without obd plug and I ordered dash cam. According to dcams website dash cam is supported up to 64 gb card. But according to manual that’s just for 32gb. Looks like everything was cheap products. I sent them email same day for return request but no reply received and I sent them again two more emails and phone call for returning dash cam and hardwire and again no reply.I just wasted my $80 with them and learned lesson for next time buy online only from big companies like Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy.

I wish I could give a better review
I wish I could give a better review, but I was disappointed with camera, it didn't so what it said it would, GPS etc... its been very hard to communicate, wanted to return for refund, and it don't seem to be happening the way website states, was told to send back at my cost, website says not to do that or I may not get refund

This Company States160 reviews with Trustpilot
For about 1/2 hour I chatted with Paul who was trying to sell me a dash cam. At the end we discussed having to get free "app's." Went to the web to check on these app's and was not a good review. So I checked Paul out on "Trustpilot" after reading this on his site

Im unsure as to what you were unhappy with, given our chat session, its been a while since we updated our marketing material, but Dcams now has 600+ reviews on TP, split on our 4 sites.
The app for the dashcam you interested in did have a bad review, but its review 1 out of 1, so doenst really give the full picture :)
It will take some time for an app to generate reviews, just like websites when they are new.
