I am a professional ballet dancer who is currently running an online business. I can handle pain! However after a few months in lockdown staring at my computer for 10 hours per day, my neck suddenly froze and I was in extreme pain with any movement greater than 10cm in either direction. I swear I was smiling the whole bike ride home because my shoulders were relaxed for the first time in months!
