They arrived pretty quick and are good quality. Only one problem was I have very small ears. Usually xs fits me, but not in this case. It took me a few emails to get a response. I think my emails got lost in their spam. Once they saw them they immediately processed a return/refund. So definitely worth trying, I think they are a better option to Loop as they are lighter, robust, and they come with the clip-on string for the neck. Also noting loop do not have as wide a range from high to low. I like that they were magnetic too and clicked together when not in use.

Thank you I really needed these for work and also most art gallery openings that I attend can be loud and vacuous. I need to be able to hear clear conversation when it’s directed at me or near me, without all the surrounding noise. I can now block unwanted sounds and noise without losing direct conversation. I’ve recommended these to a number of people.

We have ordered 2 pairs of beige DBud and 1 pair of Black Dbud.
Unfortunately, we have received all 3 pairs in black :( bo beige as ordered originally !
Additionally, there was 60$ dollars extra custom charge that we weren't updated about during the purchase/ online payment.

I love the colour, and I love that they come with the attachment to keep them together. I like the smaller ear pieces too- I need an XS and I can rarely wear anything in my ears

They are uncomfortable to wear in bed however, they hurt my ears as they are too hard with the plastic bit. They do a good job of keeping out the noise, but I wanted to get these for reducing distraction in the day too, these just make me hear my own voice and breathing. I think they’re very expensive for what they are.

I've just purchased my second set of these amazing earbuds, and they continue to impress! The sound quality is outstanding, you can practically mix the audio at concerts with how well they perform. They're comfortable, reliable, and deliver a fantastic listening experience.

The only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is that the magnet clasp isn’t as strong as the original design, which has made me nearly lose them a few times. It would be great to see this improved in future versions.

That said, it’s still a fantastic product backed by great service. Highly recommended!

I am still waiting for my order. I have sent several emails and nobody is replying back.

I really liked the quality of the product, but all the ear pieces were too large for my ears and I am unable to use them. I have ordered another brand, but I wish I could have used your’s.

My experience with Dbud earplugs is amazing! They're excellent! This is my second pair in a year because I lost one earplug. I mostly used them at psy festivals, and I can say that this time (unlike all the previous ones), my hearing stayed undamaged! It's great that they have the option to reduce decibels and that they come with attachments—I personally prefer the silicone ones. They reduce noise very well. They're also great for sleeping! I'm very satisfied; you've made excellent earplugs!

I have no problems with the dBuds as a hearing protection. My problem is that I bought the Dusty Pink version. The magnet in those are no good. I have lost them several times due to the weak magnets. This is my fourth pair of dBuds, and even though the lanyard has improved a lot (which was the reason for my previous three losses) the magnets hasn't improved at all, they barely stick together.
That is a major problem for me, since I've dropped them many times.
Otherwise, as a hearing protection they are good. (Which if course is of no help if you lose them due to poor magnetic force)

The first time I ordered dbuds I never received them. I reached out to the company and it took about 10-15 business days for them to respond. They did send another pair, which I did receive after a week or two after the order was put in. I wish there was more than just an email to reach out to them though

My order still has not been delivered and none of my E-Mails has ever been answered in weeks.

I work in a busy office. The dBud is great for tuning out conversations of others and helping me to focus on my own work.They are discreet and I can still hear if someone is speaking directly to me but I am not distracted by others. A great product.

Good overall. But impossible to identify in the dark (at festivals) which one is left or right if you don't want to use the cord. There should be some way to identify by touch.

I have tried to return the product by emailing dBud several times.
I got a reply that they have received my request, but then never hear back from them.

The earplugs also don't seem to block the specified decibel number when I tried wearing them. I would not dare wearing these at a concert for protecting my hearing, since they don't seem to block that much sound at all. Which is why I wanted to return them.

I was telling all my friends about how good these ear buds are after buying the first start up samples.
Now after buying some replacements.
The new design needs a redesign.
The noise reduction is not upto scratch with first set and head band gets court on my collar resulting one of the buds pulled out of ears. Finally the magnets are now not strong enough, this means I've almost lost the dbuds so many times going from the office to a noisy factory.
Not buying any more now!!
