I placed a treble on the outcomes of three horse races yesterday afternoon.

The first two horses won and this was duly recorded on my bet by DAZN Bet. The last leg of my treble won at approximately 6pm UK time and after noticing the bet had not been settled in a reasonable and timely manner, I contacted the company via their online live chat facility.

After liaising with Moulali for well over an hour, I got absolutely nowhere as he failed to grasp what my issue was, continually saying "I completely understand your frustration" (patronising talk (that's being polite)) and "Thank you for your patience". These lines must have been spouted at least 10 times during our conversation.

Retired to my bed at 9:30 pm UK time but still the bet hadn't been settled. Woke up at 6am today and accesses my account on their website. At last, the bet had been settled.

In this age of technological advancements, there are absolutely no excuses for any bet not to be settled after the final result has been declared in a timely, seamless manner.

Furthermore, after I had sent an email to the business regarding the delay in the bet being settled, I received an email from DAZN Bet stating the treble bet had been voided. Deary me. Why can't simple things be oh-so simple.

I won't be betting with this firm again.

Signed up, opted in. No free bet . They come this opt in rubbish to get you to sign up them don't deliver. Avoid !!

My worst experience with a bookmaker is called DAZNbet. I placed several bets that turned out to be winners. Their customer service told me they were losing, when all the other bookmakers had declared them a winner.
I'm going to file a lawsuit against them; they're very unprofessional.

Complete scam!! No chance of winning sadly connected to a sports provider. Don’t try this service errors with bonus deposits withdrawal and terrible customer service.
Gameplay like most online sites but they are not respecting the law with regards to win/loss service offered and provided.
Just jumped on the bandwagon of online gambling in Spain thinking of easy money and no real service just a copy and paste.

Completely untrustworthy company.
They get you to sign up with the promise of free bets and once you sign up they do not honour the free bets.
There are so many other betting sites out there so do not use these people because they are dishonest.

Awful awful company. Fraudulent, if I could give minus stars I would. They take your money, ask for ID and bank statements then once received, permanently close your account.

So just a quick update after my positive review below.

I regularly bet on horse racing, and I started to notice that the each way button would just not register when I clicked it. I tried several different devices and web browsers and the same thing continued to happen. I spoke to live chat and told the lady that, checking these problems on pc which I just assume all staff would use..will not show up the problem and that they need to try it on tablets or mobile phones. They did and then got the same problem!! Goodness knows how much they have cost punters that fancy a few horses and have to do all the bets to win 🫣 I didn’t even get a thank you for noticing the problem!

No bonus on any games

I opened an account with Dazn bet, I created the account and uploaded all my documentation for verification, I received an “account approved” on my account so I made my first deposit.
I played for hours and ended winning, my account was fine until I tried to withdraw, I received notification to state that they were processing my withdrawal, I now have just received an email to state my account has been closed.
I have received no response to my message asking why my account has been closed or what is happening to my withdrawal, it’s absolutely disgusting!
