SCAM
I never received my order and I have money taken out of my bank each month and can not get in touch with anyone to cancel.

Like everyone else I ordered the hair oil on 18th February they took my .money when I tried to contact them It was like hitting your head on brick wall couldn't get through to anyone how do these people get away with ripping off us .

Absolute SCAM!

I purchased their hair oil, got no confirmation email so contacted them using their online chat thing, which was like hitting my head against a brick wall! They then took money out of my account for a subscription which I did not agree to, and haven’t answered any of my emails or ticket requests!

This is a scam. I purchased the hair oil. I have had no communication from them, and there was no email confirmation however the money left my account. Once I bought it, it had automatically put a subscription on. I submitted a ticket for the subscription to be cancelled well in advance, only for them to charge my card. I have had to go to my bank to intervene. Avoid at all costs.

Scam. Never wanted the subscription service.

This is such a scam!!! They add a vip membership to your cart.
They took my money and I never received the product. And know I am in the process of getting it back with my bank.
Contacted them multiple times but no reply.
Avoid it

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Added a monthly subscription club to your order for 24.90 every 30 days. No way to contact them amd don't receive the item. Contact back ASAP to gey visa blocks for the subscription

Made a purchase and noticed a 14 day free trial of 'Day Discount Club' added to my on screen invoice.
Attempted to contact the company to cancel said subscription but have been unable to successfully communicate with them.
I have never received an email confirmation for my order, or received the product.
I was then charged £20.40 for the subscription 2 weeks later.

I have contacted my bank and disputed the charges and asked them to block all future charges from this company!! If you have purchased anything from this company I suggest you contact your bank and do the same immediately.

No confirmation email after order, haven't noticed a subscription yet but contacting my bank to inform them immediately.

Stress!!! Ordered hair oil and ended up with an unwanted subscription that I wasn't aware of. Avoid at all costs. Do not use. I can't see where to cancel the subscription and I have no email detailing my purchase. I am also worried about what they will charge for post and packing. Not a good experience.

I ordered something from the site. Neither I did receive any confirmation nor any further updates on my purchase. I dropped at least 10 emails to support team and have got no response yet. Also seems like they added me to a subscription club which I didn't opt for and it was visible to me only after I already paid for the product. Now I don't know how to cancel the subscription and where to get the updates for my order. Ridiculous service, no updates, no confirmations. how to get the refund as no body is responding to any of my queries.

Not sure if it's just me. But I bought something off of daydiscount.com and after paying the summary page poped up showing what I bought with a free trail and then showing ongoing monthly charges. I have emailed them 2x and tried calling. The money has gone off my account too. No idea what to do now.
