Ego Polesaw and Hedge Trimmer
Was looking for the Ego Pole Saw and Hedge Trimmer for a few months but it was out of stock in all shops. Stumbled across Daxtools in an internet search, had not heard of Daxtools before and TBH I thought it was too good to be true that they had 1 of what I wanted in stock. The correspondence between Daxtools and their customers on the Trustpilot reviews gave me confidence to go ahead with the purchase. Very competitive price and speed of shipment/delivery was impressive, had product in 2 days. Have yet to trial the tools but I have some Ego products already and I'm sure they'll serve me well. Keep up the good work Daxtools, I'll be returning for more purchases in the future.

This item was shipped on the 28th and delivered on the 29th.
An order confirmation email and dispatch email was sent at the time of order/dispatch.
We feel there was adequate communication with regards, order confirmation and dispatch information.
There has been no other communication with yourself until this review?
Had you reached out to say there was an issue we would have responded to resolve any problems you have had. We always strive to provide the best customer service possible, as there was no other issue with your order/delivery/product you recieved we are unsure how we could have approached this much differently from a communication perspective and not to warrant a 1 star review.
