Dispatch items to stop you complaining ignored several emails regarding the order and not given any date, makes me wonder if they are just getting there items made somewhere else and putting a mark up on them. I’ve worked in a clothing press for uniform and even in busy periods we could turn them round in a week. If they can not cope with the orders maybe don’t bid for the school contracts. I have rejected work I know my company can not deliver due to the size of a contract.

School uniform fitting. Excellent service and speedy delivery

Quality of clothes is excellent can not fault the school uniform. But on this visit the man serving was so unhelpful and had a real can't be bothered attitude. Which is a real shame as the lady we had dealt with previously was amazing and so helpful in getting the right size.

Extortionate prices!!!! I was gobsmacked at the price of a PE Polo £30 is ridiculous!!

I have used Daws before when the store was in Barnstaple and as such knew how good it is. The service I had the other day was just as I expected; courteous, efficient and professional with a sprinkling of humour without crossing the line and of course the product; a dinner jacket and accoutrements, is immaculate so well done and keep it up..

I went on 27 April in to the shop to buy few school ties for my boy. And they ordered a PE top as they didn't had his size in. Since then, I never got any email, confirmation or anything no so ever about the PE top. Still waiting for it .....

Went into Daws, Affinity Outlet, Bideford to be told they had no uniforms avaliable. So I went and bought online to be delivered to myself. Thought I'd check the tracking- only to find its been dispatched from the very same place that said they didn't have any.
The guy in the shop was rude and obnoxious!!!
I will order to be delivered from now on, as that is someone I would be happy to not cross paths with again!!!!

Daws are brilliant, their school uniform is excellent quality and their customer service is outstanding. My eldest is built like the Incredible Hulk, Chris and his team are brilliant at accommodating his needs, looking into different brands to get the right size for him if the standard uniform doesn’t fit.

Time after time there was problems with the order not on time or delays it was rectified to its best outcome, I am still waiting for a refund from the 22nd of April as a good will gesture of £82.11 ....I have used Daws before but unsure if I will again

I went to Daws at Atlantic village to buy a new suit.IThe gentleman who served me was very friendly, knowledgeable and did not rush me.The trousers were too large so a smaller pair was ordered and was ready for collection within 48 hours.A very present experience and I would highly recommend this business.

Delivery time quoted as two weeks. Trousers took six weeks to arrive.

We were treated with courtesy. The staff member who served us was helpful and discrete with his advice. The specific sizes require arrived within the expected time frame and we were very happy with the quality and style of my son’s wedding suit. We would definitely return for future purchases. This company provides excellent value for money with a touch of good old- fashioned customer service.
