Worst shop ever, do not trust them

Does this site ship the figures they say they sell, yes.
Are they reliable when stuff goes wrong, no.
I've dealt with them last year. Ordered a big figure totalling over 1000 dollars.

When placing the order and discussing shipping, they always replied very fast.

Sadly when my order arrived, it was damaged in a lot of places. Some things happened during shipping, but some didn't. Like the original art box was sliced open, the owner knew about this and didn't tell me. I know he knew about this because when I asked to see their 'quality control' pictures after i received the damaged figure, the cut up box was already in their pictures. For some this doesn't matter, but as a collector, the orignal art box is part of the value. There was also sticky gum in connection joins and scratches that didn't come from shipping. So don't rely on their quality control, they didn't even try to ask if it was fine that there was damage already.
The damage in shipping isn't their fault, but they didn't even try to help me with it. They ignored messages and I had to keep texting weekly to even remotely get a reply back. The very first reply they pointed me to their rules that said damage during shipping is normal. But if you look up the rules, it says 'small damages' are possible. Which i know, I do have a lot of resin figures, it happens. And the small damages like the hairpoints that fell off of the main character, is stupid, but it happens, it's fragile.
But other damage was big. A whole arm broke off, the connection point shattered, so not able to simply paste it since the pieces were literal tiny shards. Important weight carrying pieces broke off that had to carry weight of the statue when standing up. Whole top hat of the character broke off besides the tiny face elements like hair points and even the ear.

All in all, far too much damage for a figure of this price range.

Never have I had such a bad and frustration experience communicating with a figure store. No offers made to discount, no partial refunds, nothing was made. They even ignore half your questions, like when I simply asked for what type of glue is good to fix some parts of the statue... They say they tried contacting the studio for help, but all of this has been playing since September of last year and up until this day, 5 months later, not a single reaction of what the studio has said. So, I highly doubt they've even tried to contact them. They kept me on line saying the team as working hard, but since the paypal protection expired i can't request money back and i've not gotten a single update on any reaction the studio may have had. (Since they did say even after the protection ended that they would keep trying to fix this. Which I know is a joke now.)

So, sure, you can order from this side and receive your figure. All will be okay if it arrives in good condition. But if it doesn't, you're screwed.
