Efficient friendly service and EPC issued the same day! Also cheaper than other quotes I had.

Very professional yet easier to talk to and ask questions. Everything was explained to me and good advice given by Dave. The EPC was emailed later the same day as the appointment. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

My EPC rating had expired and I needed an EPC rating in order to sell my property. I found Dave Wignall on line, as the Conwy EPC man. I sent an email for an appointment and my request was dealt with promptly, and a date and time agreed for the EPC visit. A brief outline of what to expect and any paperwork required were attached to the confirmation email.
David arrived promptly and explained what the visit involved and how long it would take; he started outside, took photos etc and continued his information gathering internally
Once completed, David left to collate the information and advised me that the EPC rating would be emailed that day. And true to his word I received a copy of the EPC rating.

I had an EPC carried out today by Dave, and I have to say, their service was outstanding! They were prompt in their communication and arrived on time as promised. Dave who carried out the service was knowledgeable extremely and professional, I called him at 12 noon, and the EPC was completed by 4 pm same day.
