Be aware

Be aware. Appalling and incompetent customer service. This company takes your money, then doesn't refund fully, and claims you have been over-refunded! They present a completely false narrative of the transaction and refuse to pay the money they owe. They conducted this transaction through vivino and with regards to the dispute, they do not deal with me or paypal but get vivino to contact me. I paid through paypal thankfully and six weeks on, have now escalated this case. I see from one of the other limited number of reviews on trustpilot that this is not an isolated incident.

We had a fanulus 92nd birthday party…

We had a fanulus 92nd birthday party for mum. A huge thanks to the staff who dealt with all 4 generations all of them arriving at different times and eating different things. The whole team were brilliant and we had a fabulous party. Many thanks to Davy';s Wine Vault, Greenwich

Very bad experience

Very bad experience! We've ordered some drinks and a bottle of wine by mistake, informed the staff member immediately. They took that sealed bottle away, confirmed the refund has been issued, gave us a receipt as a proof, however the money never been returned. We contacted the company, asked if the refund had been processed, emailed a copy of receipt. The answer was: "Don't worry! We'll solve the problem within a couple of days." It's been more than a month, still no refund, no proper explanation. We opened a dispute via bank, hopefully the case will be resolved this way. I find such a behaviour very unprofessional, no customer deserves to be treated this way! Very disappointed.
