I purchased a retractable broom from the vendor at the North FL Home Show on Feb 2, 2025 for $27.19. Two weeks later the broom broke. I had to go through Facebook Messenger to get a response from the vendor who eventually sent me a replacement handle, which was worthless without the broom. Although the vendor promised to send the broom, he never did. I had to file a dispute with Amex.
