The 1.99 subscription is misleading lets you generate 1-2 videos

Good, excelente for advertisiment

it is just amazing but it consumes to much creditts

thier subscription method is very missleading, they offer one time trail paymnet for several credits that let you generate at most one video, after soon after you are subscribed monthly to thier service without the ability to cancel if you did it from thier site

It's good if you keep some of it for free

lag between sign up and ability to use was only a minute or two, but confusing. logged out and back in and all was well. video did not generate sound but i thought I had the option on. 3.7 for 1st experience. Early adopter of image gen, etc a few years ago. got bored. started using Agent (Grok-Bot) for my business and got curious how much better commercial art stuff has gotten with other players.

I didn't sign up for a subscription, used my card for one thing. Then they started charging monthly. Made sure it was cancelled last month, August 2026. They charged me again 30 bucks this month. They are crooks, find a better more honest AI

I signed up for DaVinci AI's $1.99 trial to test the service for a project. It didn't work well for my needs, so I stopped using it.
A week later, I was charged $29.99 for a Pro subscription that I did not intend to continue.
I immediately contacted support to request a refund and explained that I had not used any of the credits from the new billing period. My account actually showed 2,000 / 2,000 credits available.
Despite this, DaVinci AI denied my refund and claimed that I had used 452 credits. I provided evidence showing that my credits were untouched and asked them to explain exactly when and how those 452 credits were supposedly used.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. The combination of a cheap $1.99 introductory offer, an unexpected $29.99 charge shortly afterward, and the refusal to refund an unused subscription feels extremely misleading.
Be very careful with this service. If you try the $1.99 offer, make sure you understand the renewal terms and check your account and bank statement immediately afterward.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DaVinci AI.

The first image generated from the portrait turned out exactly as expected. Great work so far! However, there are very few options available to test core features such as video creation without submitting a payment first. Overall, it is a promising start

I paid for a 7 day service. The wording made it seem like it wouldnt autorenew for a month subscription so i didnt think about it again. suddenly charged 30 dollars 7 days later. scam vibes. didnt even get the video i wanted out of it. the faces kept being changed so it didnt look at all like the people in the image i uploaded.

I like that I can create images using my photos, it would be helpful if it was easier to use help to find out how to take my photo's and create water color graphics for a project I'm working on! The models don't really help me understand what is best for this.
