Beware of this guy giving you false hopes to get a retainer for doing bugger all.

Beware of this guy giving you false assurances of your rights under the law as a means to get you to part with a non refundable retainer fee. Speaking in positive tones making out it will be "easy" and promising you that he will not ask for more than 3000 Euros provided you agree to a no win no fee settlement of 25% of anything he can get back for you (that's rightfully yours under Spanish Law.

To per-em pt this master bullshitters response to this review I will go on. Trust me, he will make it sound as though your case is strong, that your opponent is the wrong side of the law but THE MOMENT there seems to be a complication involving the enactment of the law!!!! LMAO he will walk with that retainer fee, claiming there is simply nothing he could do!!! This AFTER telling you, their was NOTHING the defendant could do to get out of their legal obligations!!!

This bloke wears fancy glasses and fancy suites and drives fancy cars as I understand it. This should tell you all you need to know about him. He could not even be bothered to help me prepare some kind of official denunciation to the authorities of the false beneficiary who was involved the plan to defraud the children's rightful share of an absent and irresponsible fathers estate. As I understand the WHOLE reason Spanish Law has traditionally imposed a share of parents estate to their children is Because in a nutshell there are a LOT of irresponsible Spanish fathers. I understand sociopaths. My father was one, as were two of my siblings raised under the influence of our fathers oppression, before my mother had the strength to get him out of her life and protect the younger siblings from him. he left when i was 3. Having already created an abortion via violence for the 6th child dying in my mothers womb. The worlds full of injustices. We can all well do without lawyers adding to the problems.

no manners

They claim to be 'experts' in their field. Sadly, they don't even have the common courtesy to reply to enquiries about their services.

If a layer behaves this way at the start then it's perhaps best to take this as a warning sign of problems to come with them further down the line.
