Complete satisfaction with service.

I was very impressed by the way the company responded to a problem that was totally out of their control, the shipment was lost by the postal delivery service. They did a quick follow up, immediately sent out a replacement shipment and made sure that I had received the order in full. No could or should ever expect more. RGB
