We went to Germany for the Christmas Markets and the trip started off with a canceled flight. David's team did work to get us there on 5 different flights out of Miami instead of Orlando, which had it's own set of difficulties getting back home from Orlando. Nevertheless we finally got to Germany 2 and a half days later, to find out that David was no where around. The meals that were included in our trip were less than tasty, since they were at the hotels which we stayed. Then we find out that our "tours" were all self guided after being dropped off or led to the starting point with an point sent to our phones to get back to in order to meetup with the rest of the group. The only communication for David was when we returned on how to get money back from the airline. This is not a trip I would suggest anyone take with this company. Find another company that actually gives you what you pay for and what they promise.

Disliked the quality of hotels, the issues with payment of hotels and being a personal limo for one of the owner's friends.

Although the itinerary is as described, the details made this a poor experience. I did not ask these specific of questions and hope this review helps travelers make an informed decision
This tour does not provide skip the line tickets for Vatican and Colosseum. The owner scheduled us on free day and we waited in the hot sun for tickets. Advertised is a tour of the Colosseum; what this is a pre recorded download from an email sent several months earlier.
Dinners are a pre selected menu and you are not able to change their selections. Pasta dish is repeated at first and last dinners.
Wine/alcohol is only included with one dinner
Walking tours of all towns, except Florence, do not have headsets and difficult to hear tour guide because there are so many people.
They charge for water while on their tour bus.
The advertised free day in Florence is Mondays when museums are closed. Not a lot of options to do except shop.
All walking tours are scheduled for the hottest part of the day. Only break to get water while walking was in Rome.

I reached to owner to discuss my experience and he chose not to talk. By email he concluded that my perception of the experience was different than the reality. I wish that this tour operator would have been open to suggestions. When spending this amount of money, I mistakenly did not ask the granular details needed to make a better decision.
