I recently purchased a pleached Magnolia Grandiflora. When it eventually arrived I was not at all happy with the quality of the tree which was very expensive. It looked as if it had been grown on a different frame and then forcibly tied on to the frame for delivery. There were many broken small branches and these have subsequently died. Despite several emails sending photos I have not received a satisfactory outcome for my complaint.

We bought 4 Red Robin trees from David Fairley Gardens and are so impressed with their service from start to finish. The trees we had delivered are beautiful and clearly so well looked after.
We were apprehensive about spending so much money online for trees we had not seen in person so we called and spoke to David who was so kind and helpful. We then had them delivered by Adrian who stayed to make sure we were happy with everything and even gave us some tips on the best way to plant them and how to care for them etc. Such a great service! I Would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Quality tree and great tree planting service.

Very poor. 2 months to arrive, plants not to specification, 2m clear stem was bought 1.8m was supplied, canopy 1.2x1.2m was delivered not as per the 1.2m x1.5m bought. The coverage of the foliage was not 75% as described, 40% at best….really ragged. I would say watch these guys, they clearly don’t have the stock, last min delivery from Italy and are trying to make a buck.

I received healthy plants but they were smaller than the detail measurements. I did email them but not received a reply as yet. Delivery is a bit expensive.

Excellent support and communication from David and his team. We were struggling to find the plants and trees we needed for our new house and are so pleased that we found David's garden centre online. He was really helpful and knowledgeable and the trees and plants we received look really great and were exactly as described. Delivery was prompt and the driver was very patient and helpful

Was really pleased with my buddleija purchase. Arrived quickly and plant was in good health. Only minor gripe was, whilst the plant was well packaged, ie. it had been made secure in the box so couldn't move around too much in transit, there was a fair amount of plastic involved. Would be better if there was an alternative packaging solution. But overall, very pleased. Thanks.
