Wayne is very reliable and so easy to deal with. He responded quickly to my message for a price, arrived as arranged, and provided a competitive quote. His communication is excellent and he answered all questions and concerns. He obviously knows his trade inside out!
We were so impressed with his work. He arrived as arranged, discussed the job again, then set to work. The installation completed within a day, he was extremely respectful of our property, cleaning as he worked, and doing a final clean on completion. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I wanted a couple of Air Con Units installing in the house.
Wayne came out and went through the various different options and models. He took time to discuss with me the possible locations for the condenser units outside as the air con units were being installed on opposite sides of the house.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, especially as I had a few further questions after our initial conversation. He was more then to provide me with any details I needed.
Once the units were installed, he walked me though all the controls and answered all the question I had maintenance of units.

Recently had an air con unit put in the kitchen due to it being south facing and full of glass. A gentleman called Wayne came out and went through all the options with me and gave me a recommendation which I was more than happy with. The day of the fitment went without a hitch. There was no mess, a full handover of controls and how it worked and even a booking for my first service on the unit in 12 months. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
