You are bombarbed with interested women. But if you want to communicate with them, videochat etc., it will cost you are fortune.
I get tons of messages. The interesting thing is, that they always come like two at a time (from different women) and approximately every half hour... So there is definitely some kind of system in this. And it's not a system created by the women but by the dating site itself. Crooks....

Hello, I would like tell my stort. My Nick name is Inge(my ID: 40 90 72 85 342) .I am victim of catfish Jem (ID:32 677 676 842)on Dating.com. In april 2023 I met Jem. We really liked each other. Jem starten writting for me letters= 40letters. Now I know what his intention was. That was loveboming, make the victim fall in love and keep on the platform to buy credit. I was in love whit Jem and 10 months stayed in touch via Dating.com. In February 2024, Jem had deleted his acount. I was in love and went looking 2 years for Jem in the Netherland, but I can't find him. On february, 2026 I had contacten a private detective and asked for help to find Jem. A private detective had conducted an investigation and told me that I am a victim of catfish and that the scam Jem is a know case at the Police from 2023 in the Netherland. Jem had lied to me about everything, about his real name, about where he works and where he lives. Financiële damage €1.000,-(thousand euro's). Emotional damage indescribable. Jem lied to me, stolen and broken my heart. I contacted customer service and told them story that Jem's profile was fake and that I was misled, and I want compensation. THAT I WANT MY MONEY, MY OWN 40 LETTERS THAT JEM HAD WRITTEN FOR ME AND ALSO AN APOLOGY FROM THE GENTLEMAN WHO WAS BEHING THE FAKE PROFIEL "JEM"!!! They had written back to me and saying that Jem's account was verified and real. I did not recieve any compensation!!! P.S. Jem's profile was fake!!! The private investigation had confirmed it and also I found info on the internet that photos had been stolen by cybercriminals and used in a fake profiel of Jem!!!Dating.com is scam!!! We think they are creating fake profiles using stolen photos, and they are also going to verified the fake profiles. Chat moderator are behing the fake profiles. Their solo goal is to mislead people, make them fall in love, manipulate them, and keep them on the platform to constantly buy credit. "Do not go to Dating.com!!! They are going to steal and break your heart and steal your money!!! Best wishes, Inge from Rotterdam- The Netherland.

This is how Dating.com appears to work.
You create a profile and are immediately showered with compliments about how beautiful, attractive, or amazing you are. The attention is endless. The interesting part is that every single account that contacted me carried the exact same "FREE USER" and "VERIFIED" badges. Every single one!!
At that point, I started asking myself a simple question: are these genuine people, or are they simply there to encourage users to spend money on messages?
The site's business model is straightforward. You receive a message, you pay to reply. You receive another message, you pay again. At roughly $2 per message, the costs add up very quickly.
In my opinion, users should be extremely cautious. The constant stream of flattering messages felt more like a mechanism to encourage spending than genuine interest. Before spending money, ask yourself whether the person on the other end is really interested in getting to know you, or whether you're simply paying for the privilege of receiving another compliment.
Another reason I became suspicious was the language used in the messages.
I have travelled extensively, including in countries such as Brazil, Uruguay, and Argentina, where many people speak little or no English, or speak it with varying degrees of fluency. Yet on Dating.com, every single person who contacted me wrote in flawless English. Not just good English—perfect English. I did not encounter a single grammatical error, awkward phrase, or spelling mistake.
Perhaps there is an innocent explanation. Perhaps everyone is using translation software or AI writing tools. However, I found it difficult to believe that every person who contacted me, regardless of where they claimed to be from, wrote with the same consistently polished level of English.
Combined with the identical account badges and the pay-per-message system, this only increased my suspicion that the conversations were not as authentic as they appeared.
I left with more questions than answers and a much lighter wallet.

Without a doubt this dating platform is scam, it should be shut down, well, if you want a relationship with an AI companion then maybe this is for you.
I literally have dozens and dozens of likes and message, not a single one is a real person. NOT ONE, and if they tell any different they are lying.
They work on a token basis, buy token to use as payment for messages, 50 token per message sent but thats not the real rip off.
The rip off is that you are never ever talking to a genuine real person.

featured members must meet quotas
As soon as you open the profile of a featured member a message immediately pops up ; this couldn’t be real this is AI promted or monitored in the background by a worker who immediately messages you when you open a profile .
Another thing is there would be no pics on my profile but I get messages from featured members that I look beautiful interesting blah blah ; what a fake site

A complete scam.
How is it possible that a platform like Dating.com is still operational?
"Joke" is an understatement. Bots and chat animators instead real users. Fake profiles popular users with photos of models, athletes, dancers, businessmens and porn stars instead of user photos. Virtual gifts used to extort money. Incidents of violence, intimidation, and humiliation from so-called popular profiles. Zero support from the administration. These are already criminal cases. This appears to be complicity in a crime.
The platform's business profile is more reminiscent of virtual escort agencies offering services of "popular users" in exchange for (credits). This is evident in the terms and conditions for "free users." Do they have any limits of contacts? Are popular users obligated to interact with all paying users in exchange for money (credits)? Is virtual prostitution by popular users a punishable offense? What role does the platform play?
Absolutely vulgar and disgusting.
The lack of BBB accreditation and banks' warnings about the very high probability of fraud committed by the platform. These are the facts. The number of complaints proves this. Where are the law enforcement agencies? What do the CRT and UKOiK have to say about this?
Systematically banning negative reviews won't mask the truth.
This is a bullshit site! Everyone I encountered was a bot. They better give me my money back and canceled my renewal. I asked within 12 hours of signing up. I copied their terms and conditions and it read that if it's within 72 hours you can get a full refund. We may need to join arms and sue them.! I went back on to try and confirm my suspicions because they said they canceled my subscription but told me that they wouldn't refund but would cancel. If they don't, what do we do except join arms and sue. I kept my confirmation numbers for my requests as well.DON'T BELIEVE THIS SITE AND DONT GIVE PERSONAL INFO!!!

Stay away from this site! Total scam, all women in there are fake profiles and all messages you receive ( some of them totally ridiculous) are AI generated and only has the purpose to make you believe that the profiles are real. But be sure between 99-100% of the women are fake profiles and messages only to make you pay… but save your money, you are only communicating with an AI bot.
And now the company will respond with a lot of bla bla bla, ensuring that they are checking for fake profiles and bla bla bla, but guys, save your money, better go to the bar and get you a bottle of beer or two, because this is only waste of money!

This site is fake men you meet never want to talk outside plataform so you keep spending money , it doesnt exist real conections, it looks like they work there so you have to keep buying this credits and is crazy expensive just to talk to someone , mens are beautiful so that make it even more fake , mostly because no matter what you say they never want to go outside platform to talk so it's a waste of time , if you want to meet someone definetely is not the place , you will end up frustrate it and upset for spending money for nothing , i want to be able to comunicate without having to pay again user ID is just my name .

Can i give this business negative stars? They are preying on weak people by keeping them hooked on their site as long as possible. The pictures are clearly fake. I was talking to "Luiz from Portland" who was suppose to be a nice guy and he kept trying to keep me on the site. It's like the site is monitoring our conversation!!! As we started asking each other more questions, it would prompt me to pay more! Absolutely disgusting...
I disputed the charges with my CC company and they AUTOMATICALLY credited it back because they know this site is complete scam.
Now I am getting emails from their "partner" companies, same exact templates but they're all Asian now. SMH. Run....run from the Russian scammer who created this company

This place is a trap. Do not sign up. There’s no one to help you delete your account. It’s full of fake profiles, and I’ve been trying to delete mine for over a week now. I keep receiving countless emails trying to convince me to stay, and their customer support is practically non-existent. It’s a nightmare. You’ll be contacted by accounts from different countries, and there’s nothing you can do about it because they don’t even let you take your profile down.

im not there to find children, there are far too many 30somethings or younger, seem to be looking for a sugar mama, not my style. also too many of the gentlemen list themselves as doctors or engineers, something seems quite unusual about well paying jobs that are sought after by lines of women looking for full pockets of money. although I stated the age bracket I was looking for, few looked at that . and way too expensive.
the fees were too high for me to keep with this. I cant feel like i can trust most of the men. im happy there are some in my age bracket, but the harassment i received from the 20 and 30 somethings was uncalled for. seemed like none of them cared about my request for 65 and over. the seemed likev scammers. i could not recommend this website to anyone looking for a new friend or whatever.
