We've had great service with very lil…
We've had great service with very lil interruptions, just reset warnings, which we love that they give you a warning. The server host is so much better than the other server we had. Price is great too!

Very much what I pay for, maybe a little bit expensive but works well. One downside however is the inability of changing the subscription plan ( not the regularity of the payment ) like if I want to upgrade my plan to get more RAM or storage I can't...

I found it not very easy to set up
I found it not very easy to set up. I needed a code for the game I'm playing and with lots of clicking managed go find the code to link the server to the game.
The sever over the last 3 weeks has crashed during the game 4 times. But overall it was the cheapest

Amazing Server Host for beginners
Most of the low rating here are just mostly personal complaints for things that are out of the services' hands due to game updates and such.
I've been skeptical with DATHOST previously, as I'm way more of a hands-on kind of guy through VPS or Dedicated Servers, but I must say they made everything so simple that even if I wanted to customize my servers through mods or configs, its also seamless. The option to instantly backup saves, change regions, and change games at will is an insane feature as well. Server specs also isn't an issue as they worked with me on that problem as well. Looking forward working with DATHOST for the foreseeable future.

Slow support, slow update
This is my 2nd time subscribing to Dathost, but the issue that I face is still the same. Really slow when responding to chat / emails.
They guaranteed 30 minutes auto update (Palworld in my case), but 4 hours passed and no update since. We are playing as 8 players here.

Have rented a server from DatHost…
Have rented a server from DatHost multiple times! Easy to guide around around in the control panel and service is amazing.
Last server I forgot to cancel my subscription and the payment was done. Mailed them that my server was not in use anymore and got my money! No problem!
The server I last rented was a 7D2D. Mod installation was easy. Server didn’t suffer any issues at all! 10/10

Everything just works. The server is fast and connection to it works well. Web user interface for configuring is easy to use. Prices are quite cheap. I absolutely love this service.
