Data Tech Labs was able to recover all of my data from a toasted hard drive! The customer service Rickey provided was above and beyond my expectations. I am truly grateful! The service was great. Michael Cruz was wonderful, patient and detailed. He explained everything, answered questions and followed up as needed. I had an issue accessing the modem I sent to hold the recovered information. I asked if I could just buy one of your company’s to have less turn around time. He quickly invoiced for one, downloaded my files to it and sent it. I just received them and I can now access them! I want to truly thank you guys for a job extremely well done!

Rickey Payne is the man!
DataTech Labs is a truly miraculous business! My case manager was Rickey Payne and he couldn’t have been more helpful with retrieving my data. I was in touch with him via email every step of the way and he was excellent at responding and answering any questions I had. I think it was very reasonably priced for the service because photos and videos of family are priceless. Everything I asked to be recovered was recovered and then some. They also did a COVID discount because times are hard right now and I really respect that. Rickey at DataTech Labs will be my go to for my data recovery needs in the future!
