Great infrastructure partners!
The DataPacket team has helped us multiple times on short notice. The entire team is polite, responsive and in general lovely to work with. They appear to be normal people trying to offer a service for a good price with no crazy nonsense attached to it that the majority of customers isn't interested it.

If they offer what you are looking for I would absolutely recommend to give them a shot.

I operate an agile Saas company that needs horsepower at a fixed price. The public cloud providers just didn’t fit. We were working with other “big name” providers that we slow to move and had red tape everywhere making our experience hardly ideal. We went out into the world to search for a company that could check the boxes and provide us worldwide locations to expand our existing locations and add new ones too. We selected Datapacket! They made the math work, they were flexible while speedy, and support was excellent. We are now in a much better place and armed with the ability to grow our business. No looking back!

We have been using DataPacket for a few months now for our backup product SnapShooter.com and the service is amazing, their networking is some of the best we have ever seen, I can't think of any other providers who can offer anything close to the network speeds for the price.

Best in class servers. Datapacket has remarkable support and are constantly active and ready to help. Although it took them longer than stated for delivery, the quality of the server and support from Datapacket has been outstanding. I highly recommend anyone searching for a dedicated server.

Really professional, high quality support!

Last month we tried Datapacket because our current partner has a lot of network issues in APAC.

The quality of their control panel and servers are excellent. Also their networking is just awesome, especially in Singapore. As a game hosting company, we really need that low ping datapacket offers.

However the technical support falls behind and is very slow. For the premium price you pay at Datapacket, I also expect a premium support experience. I had to constantly ask for updates because I didnt get any response for days.

Unfortunately I also had to wait for over a week for them to solve an issue with their DDOS detection. A basic NTP attack was not detected and after it was fixed after 9 days, the same thing happend with a basic DNS attack.

At this point I gave up and left datapacket because I was not willing to wait that long again just to fix their configuration. Datapacket promises "basic" and "advanced" ddos protection but if a simple NTP or DNS attack is not detected by default, I do not have much hope anymore.

Again the product is good, support and DDOS protection is not, waste of money.

Best Dedicated Server , Best Service

Datapacket servers have been used in various locations on multiple continents for some time without any major disruptions. The start was not without problems (to be fair, the task was not easy either), but they were always able to support us quickly and correctly.
