DataPacket always helping me, has the best servers in the world, always has emergency help when I need it, thanks for everything. I have a 20gbps server in Atlanta and everything works perfectly.

First of all I requested my server to be installed with RADI 0 but they did installed the server with RADI 10 and asked me to pay $70 to reinstall the server which is in short language: asked me to pay for their fault.

Second: I faced a network issue which is I paid for 5 Gbps port speed but I wasn't able to use more than 2.5 Gbps and I were getting lags and my users also when we reach the 2.5 Gbps just like it's my limit but it's not, and I wasn't able to stream my stuff normally as soon as I reach this speed, and all they told me is (Provide us with an IP that faced the issue) and I did and they did ignored me so I contacted them back and they told me tech stuff and ask me to fix the issue by my self and it's totally wrong because network issue is because of the datacenter side not mine.

Last: I faced hardware issue which the server show me I am using 0 GB of storage while I were using around 5 TB and it's only showing the right used storage when I restart it but it's show the wrong used storage again after couple of minutes.

The sales department are pretty good but the support is useless and will ask you to handle yourself even for their faults, and datacenter issues, which is not possible. I know pretty well these are unmanaged servers but the network and hardware issues can't be fixed by the user side in any case!

I had very very bad experience.

We are currently using 10Gbps.io server in Miami since august 2017 and we never had any issues. Their service is different. They proactively helped us reducing costs by offering to reduce network speed from 5 to 1 Gbps since we were using less than 1 Gbps. They don't limit network too. Their servers have dedicated 10 Gbps links and, If you go over the paid network speed, they just offer you to upgrade plan.

My experience with 10Gbps.io is has been excellent. From a technical perspective, their network kicks butt, from service perspective, they do what they say and at very fair prices. Unfortunately there are many marginal and shady companies in this business, but 10Gbps.io is definitely one of the shining stars. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing serious hosting and bandwidth.

Compared to other hosting companies you can deal with professional people and not only call center demanding all to technicians. They solve the problems or almost try to do it professionally. Could improve some automatic procedures but anyway by mail they answer you also in night and holiday time

Worst host ever! As soon as sent traffic the server couldn't even handle it and crashed. Reported this to support and asked for a refund as only used the server for 1 day. They declined to refund. AVOID!

10Gbps.io have been our partner for all things servers for around 3 months now and I cannot fault them. From the skype sales chat to the provisioning everything is perfect. Not to mention the blazing fast network.

I have only been with 10gbps a day and i have to say to anyone considering buying DO NOT HESITATE! This company and especially Nikol who i have been dealing with has been amazing, Also the fact they deliver servers within 6 hours when other companies i have been with take days is another brilliant feature of this service, When i email them i always get more or less an instant reply and the servers are performing brilliantly i have no complaints whatsoever and look forward to a healthy and long business relationship with 10gbps.
