Don't order from Data Byrån
I ordered the new 9800x3d from them. They where the only ones who had it at that time so the price also was higher than anywhere else. But since I was really excited to put my new build together I got it anyways. It took some time for it to get to me and once it did I got to work. I took my time and with lots of care put my new PC together. Sadly when it was time to start it it did not boot.
On the motherboard there was a constant red light for CPU and blinking orange light for DRAM.
I did all the troubleshooting I could do, reseating, flashing bios and so on, but nothing helped.
I made a compliment to Data Byrån, mind you I was not rude, the answer I got was very unfriendly and quite rude. Basically blaming me. So I got no help from them.
Few days later I decided to exercise my right of a refund since 14 days hasn't passed yet.
Today I saw that the package has reached them but they need to pick it up.
After the way the people from this company interacted with me I am scared I won't get any refund. I'm quite sure they will blame it all on me.
So please be cautious, don't order from them. They don't know what is good customer service. There are much better company's out there.

Produkten skickades till postombud (enligt köpvillkoren ska returer skickas direkt till oss) vilket fördröjde hanteringen. CPU testades utan anmärkning och en kund köpte den kort därefter (begagnad) och har använt den utan minsta problem i ett år nu. Det var alltså inget fel på produkten utan installationen, vilket vi försökte hjälpa kunden med men det avvisades.
