Databox Is one of the best dashboards I've found, after years of working as an analytics consultant. The team, Katerina and others, are the best for support. Love it!
Support always helps get things right. Data visualization is not always easy, but Databox makes it worth the effort. Great tool!

Didn't find it useful, refund process was made difficult...
The purpose was to make analytics and reporting easier, however in my experience it was difficult to set up and it was lagging quite a lot. I had to refresh a lot.
After not finding it useful, we proceeded to ask for a refund for our subscriptions because we felt like it was not up to par with the price. However, they declined our request, even after we explained our situation.
The whole process was made to be difficult and they also took a long time to reply.
Oct 20: We emailed customer support team to look into our case and refund our subscriptions
Oct 23: NO REPLY! I had to follow up and emailed them again and still didn't receive a reply for 2 more days
Oct 25: Got a reply (Looked automatic to me), saying they were reviewing my case
Oct 26: Followed up again if there's any update
Oct 30: No reply again, so we emailed them again to ask for updates only for them to reply denying our request.
