Successful recovery of phone

My phone died while on holiday, naively I didn't back up the photos to a cloud. I checked Reddit and saw a fairy complicated process of using donor devices and resoldering components was a way I might be able to recover the data. I do not have the expertise to do this but I appreciate it's time consuming and needs parts and tools. Although expensive (more than my phone) I'm happy to get my photos back and I recommend GRÜN for their patience and professionalism.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had an excellent customer service experience with Paul Beardshall this morning. He was genuine about addressing my concerns and made every effort to address and resolve them. He was sure to explain to me the process and procedure of charges until I was satisfied and understood what he was saying. His follow-up email to our conversation was immediate and I definitely had to give him 5 stars for GREAT service. Thanks Paul, very rare to get above and beyond customer service such as demonstrated and I hope you get a raise out of this!!! Or at least an employee of the month mug with your picture on it and a certificate!
